Many people don't mind the flaws, so go ahead.
Pros:

I like how this hotel strive to keep at three stars, not a hair line above. Worn and stained furniture and carpets fit to three stars. Maybe the stale cigarette smell too.
The breakfast, although totally unsatisfying for me, could be a highlight compared to other three stars hotels. That includes instant coffee only. No fried eggs? Oh well...there are bunch of mini plastic boxes for hotels... marmalade and that kind of stuff.

Cons:

I usually don't write reviews, but I think if I would read such a review, I would think twice before choosing this hotel.
1.Is it so hard to clean the AC and change its filter in a room? It smells like mold when fan starts.
2.We can't imagine a suitcase without wheels, in the same way as such slow and unreliable WiFi is hardly imaginable today.
3.You can easily talk through the room walls.
I don't know.... guest don't seem to be bothered with all that, maybe I'm just spoiled with decent hotels.
