Budget motel. The price is right if you have low expectations.
Pros:

Good location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping

Cons:

It is in desperate need of a makeover. Everything is old; the rugs, the linens, the decors , the beds. The internet signal is weak. It advertises “beachfront” but the beach is one block away and have to cross 6 lanes of traffic.

Idéalement placé. Très mal insonorisé. Sol de la chambre très usé.

La géolocalisation proche plage tramway restaurant

Cons:

Le manque total d’insonorisation . Séjours professionnels impossible de se reposer bruits très importants extérieur et intérieur.aucun effort apporté pour la modification des horaires du petit déjeuner 7h00 trop tard pour les professionnels donc pas de petit déjeuner alors qu’il est payé. Pas de café.

У меня были проблемы, но сотрудники помогли быстро их решить, а также местоположение отеля очень понравилось

Cons:

То, что после окончания завтрака не дают до есть, а персонал ходит и указывает на время, что пора уходить;(

Perfect location.
Pros:

The location, and the receptionist that was working at the time that i had arrived.

Cons:

The hotel in general needs a renovation in the rooms, the carpets were dirty with some stains of chlorine, the mattress was uncomfortable.
