Η τοποθεσία, τα amenities, η καθαριότητα, η 24ωρη εξυπηρέτηση,οι σίτες στα δωμάτια,

Cons:

Θα ήθελα ο καφές τύπου espresso να παρέχεται στο πρωινό έστω και από αυτόματη μηχανή. Το πρωινό επιδέχεται βελτίωσης. Ο κλιματισμός χρήζει ανανέωσης. Το σύστημα ασφάλισης των δωματίων και το ένα κλειδί μόνο δημιουργεί μικροταλαιπωρίες π.χ. είμαι στο μπάνιο και ο άλλος/η περιμένει απέξω.

Nice hotel in the center of Trikala. Everything is close. Very kind staff at the reception.
Pros:

The location is excellent in the city center. The Room was comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly before and after our arrivel.

Cons:

The breakfast was below average. The staff/lady in charge of breakfast was unkind. Very small & narrow bathtub in the bathroom.

Ατυχής η επιλογή μπανιέρας αντί για ντουζιέρα στο μπάνιο. Είναι ιδιαίτερα μικρός ο χώρος και η συγκεκριμένη επιλογή δυσχεραίνει την λειτουργικότητα.
