The service, facilities and food were excellent. We were given an upgraded room on arrival which was a nice surprise.

We had two single beds pushed together and would have preferred to have had a double bed.

5*, Brilliant Holiday. Would recommend.
Pros:

Amazing Hotel. Service is 5*, all the staff we met are friendly and professional.
We were given an unexpected room upgrade on checking in, and it was a huge room with it's own pool.
Food choice exceptional.
Could not fault anything.
Close to Lindos, approx 12 euros each way in a taxi.
Few local tavernas within walking distance.
We will return!

One of the best hotels I have ever been.
We get to the room, and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruit plate on the house.
Any questions or requests we had, the team help us immediately.

Recommended for singles couples and families - I was pleasantly surprised
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel.
I was fortunate that I was in a villa, had my own pool and the villa was lovely and large (I like space)
The staff were brilliant and were the facitilies

Most wonderfull time!!
Pros:

We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and had the most amazing time!! The hotel overall looks really nice, the staff is the most kind and welcoming everywhere you go and the room and resort were super clean!! We were also surprised with an upgrade to a villa with pool, which was so comfortable when our daughter needed to nap during the day and even a late check out was possible which made our last day really relaxed. Thank you so much for everything and see you next time!!

Wunderschönes Strandhotel in Kalathos
Pros:

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen - unsere Junior-Suite befand sich im 3.OG mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Zimmer im Hotel wurden offenbar neu renoviert und waren sehr sauber. Das Meer war kristallklar und lud auch aufgrund des warmen Wassers zum Schwimmen ein. Unser Aufenthalt betrug insgesamt 19 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Tolle, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - besonders beim Frühstücksbuffet! Danke an Christina und Spiros!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren wie bereits oben angemerkt - sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich - mit einer einzigen Ausnahme. Der neue Chef de Service im Restaurant (Nikos) fiel leider etwas aus der Reihe. Er vermied es permanent, uns als Gäste zu grüssen - weder bei der Platzanweisung am Morgen noch abends. Selbst wenn wir ihn als Gäste jeweils morgens mit einem freundlichen "good morning oder calimera" begrüssten, wies er uns jeweils stumm wie ein Fisch, ohne Blickkontakt und steif wie ein Roboter an einen der Tische. Sollte eigentlich nicht so sein...

Pros:

This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I will keep coming because the hotel consistently keeping all the attributes that matter for great beach holidays - clean and exclusive beach , excellent food of various types and quisine, clean and comfortable bed, fast room service. This is a perfect place for people valuing quality time and service so you can completely focus on your holidays. On my last day the hotel offered me a late check-out - it made such a difference. Thank you and looking forward to visiting you again!

Cons:

Not really related to the hotel services but rather a bad luck with neighbours who were all the time smoking and that was a pity as I had quite a stunning view on the sea.
