Posizione privilegiata, un incanto per vivere a Santorini senza lo stress dell’overtourism ammirando la città dalla vista più suggestiva di Fira. Relax, comodità, zero stress. Personale estremamente accogliente, la colazione è abbondantissima e di qualità eccellente. Ti chiedono dove preferisci che venga servita, noi abbiamo scelto un giorno in Jacuzzi ed uno in terrazza e ti portano la colazione direttamente in camera nel luogo scelto. Estremamente gentili anche nella fase transfer. La piscina a sfioro è accessibile dalla mattina al pomeriggio compresa nel prezzo, paghi solamente ciò che ordini. Hanno dei tavolini che affacciano sul mare ideali per godersi un tramonto eccezionale bevendo qualcosa. Vuoi innamorarti di Santorini? Vai a Villa Bordeaux.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, le stanze ti permettono, in base a quella che scegli, di ammirare o la città o il tramonto. Penso che nessuna delle stanze abbia tutti e due i punti di forza. Tuttavia, basta scendere in piscina (dove ti coccolano tantissimo) per ammirare la città , se sei in una stanza che affaccia sul tramonto, o il tramonto, se sei nella stanza che affaccia sulla città. Ma ovunque alloggi, riesci ad ammirare entrambi, basta scendere in piscina.

Our stay at Villa Bordeaux was the highlight of our time in Santorini. While the photos of the hotel online are beautiful, when you get there in person it’s even better. The design is stunning, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The view is arguably the best on the island. Sitting on our terrace overlooking the caldera felt like living the dream, and not to mention the hot tub.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth and professionalism. A special shout out to Abi who looked after us every day during our stay. They are attentive to every tiny detail and made us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay.
Lastly, the food was impeccable. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with such care and incredible flavour. The Volcano Dessert is a must and is definitely worth the registered trademark.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Exceptional stay! We were generously upgraded to the Villa Terra, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private jaccuzi and hammam. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and luxurious. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Fira. The staff are incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to Abi, who took great care of us during a fabulous breakfast by the pool, with an unforgettable view over the Caldeira. The entire team was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Tania and Ira at reception were outstanding—always smiling, and full of excellent recommendations to make our experience truly memorable.

De service van het hotel, heel vriendelijk personeel vooral Abi was een ster. Niets was teveel gevraagd en altijd een vriendelijk gezicht.

Этот отель оставил невероятные эмоции! У нас был просторный номер, похоже в пещере, днем не жарко, вид из душа-хамам прямо на залив, шикарный вид с собственной террасы и бассейна. Ресторан, он шикарен, сделали ошибку и пошли пообедать в ресторан в городе с хорошими отзывами, ни в какое сравнение, не тратьте время, наслаждайтесь сервисом в отличном ресторане с шикарным видом. Отдельное спасибо шеф повару, вкусно невероятно и я знаю что говорю, т.к пару дней до этого ужинал в Ие у трех мишленовских поваров. Спасибо официантам: Рональдо, позитивный, внимательный; Валерию, тактичность, умение создать идеальный сервис; спасибо Зои и Димитре, внимательные и улыбчивые. Отдельное спасибо девушкам с решепшена, Филите, Анастасии и Мариам, невероятная забота, тактичность, доброжелательность и гостеприимство. Огромное спасибо создателям отеля и управляющему!

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed. Vers. Je moest wel altijd alles de avond daarvoor doorgeven. Dus soms had je die ochtend daar eigenlijk geen zin in.

Cons:

- enorm veel lawaai van disco beetje verderop. Tot 2 uur in de nacht en dus niet veel slapen
- meeste personeel was super vriendelijk maar helaas een paar leden van het personeel zeer onvriendelijk. Wat toch raar is voor een hotel van 5 sterren en top niveau. Vriendelijk zijn kost niks.

A trip to remember....Santorini and Bordeaux Villa was lit!
Pros:

The food was awesome. Staff is friendly. Our villa was spacious! Thanks to an upgrade to Lava, on our arrival. We had a Calderon view.

Inside the hotel it was spectacular. Santorini iis extremely Crowded with cruise ship guests
Pros:

Staff was friendly, attentive and professional.

Cons:

The smell of the donkeys, and all the people sitting and blocking entrance waiting to get a ride down to ships port. We had the staff arrange massages and we were not pleased at all with the female masseuse. Very inexperienced and massage was merely a rub down.
