Disappointing as looking forward to a great stay as advertised 😔

The location was great

Cons:

The room didn’t particularly feel clean. There was a mismatch of things in the kitchen and no cutlery. The balcony only had one chair so one of us missed out. The bed was very uncomfortable. Even though we paid for bed and breakfast - we were told when we turned up for breakfast that there was no one in the kitchen so wasn’t happening. Would have been nice to have been offered some compensation for that. Maybe a voucher for dinner or for a coffee up the street. No smiles or anything with the news of no breakfast - just a bad luck moment.

Great Location. Great Views. Great Tours. Great Hospitality.
Pros:

Friendly welcome. Great in house Restaurant & Bar. Reception & Restaurant staff were Excellent.
Dali Tours booking office are also located on site… the Tours on offer were excellent & great value, Especially the Tour guides/ Drivers, were fun & professional making the day out a memorable one.
Rooms were very clean & spacious. Comfy beds too! Highly recommend.

The stay there was one of the best we have experienced
Pros:

Location was incredible!
Room was beautiful and the hotel had a fantastic restaurant!
The staff were very nice and friendly and the owner helped us with a transfer from the port at Kefa
