We had a wonderful and very pleasant stay at Hotel Ostrea. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, with lovely service and a warm atmosphere. The breakfast was great. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, overlooking a sleepy harbour. The property is an old refurbished stone house with a lovely small central courtyard surrounded by lovely plants in pots. The staff were lovely and welcoming - we arrived late and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was a wonderful selection of local produce. The rooms were comfortable, a good size and had good A/C. We opted for a view of the harbour which was great and there is parking at the rear for guests.

They packed us breakfast (beacuse we needed to checkou out early), that was awesome!
Our room was a bit tight, althouth it is marketed as Economy room, so that is fine too.

Wonderful location in Mali Ston, right on the bay with great local dining. And their breakfast selection was incredible.

This is not the first time we have stayed here, but the first time with just the 2 of us and no kids. The hotel is right at the waters edge and exudes an air of peace and calm - even when fully booked. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable although there are no lifts, so if you are on the top floor you have a couple of flights of steps to negotiate with your luggage! The Breakfast was great and we sat out under the pagoda watching the small fishing boats come and go with their wares early in the morning! Be aware that the hotel has a bar/sitting area that does drinks and cakes but does not do food - they direct you to their restaurant which is about 30 meters away - more on that in a separate review! Staff were also very helpful! If you are looking for something pretty, special and right at the waters edge - then this is your place!
It is minor - but a lift (some of us are getting older and stairs constitute a solid workout!) but in the defence of the hotel they do tell you there is no lift!
