Helpful staff. Very friendly. Clean

Cons:

Check out took a little longer than expected.
Also, minor confusion regarding restaurant bill. It appears someone else had used the restaurant and attributed the bill to my room. However, as they had settled the bill it was not a major issue.
Swimming pool timings not suitable for business travellers.
Hot water was iffy in the late afternoon.

The staff was extremely courteous & helpful . Our compliments to the chefs and the in house restaurant crew who with their good food turned our exhausting journey to reach siliguri into a memorable adventure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sinclairs Siliguri. La chambre était confortable et bien aménagée, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Un grand merci au service de salle pendant le dîner : tout était servi avec une grande douceur et beaucoup d’attention, ce qui a rendu le repas encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale aussi pour la piscine, très agréable et bien entretenue — un vrai plus pour se relaxer. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !
