Very relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful location and very secluded—far away from the madding crowd.

Cons:

The dining room was kind of small. If couldn’t accommodate all the guests if all of them were eating at the same time.

Pros:

Wonderful mountain views, great food, excellent staff, large comfortable rooms. Tearoom hasva large selection of Darjeeling teas.

Cons:

Travelling up the mountain from the airport can be challenging for those who get car sick.

Pros:

Accueil excellent, personnel attentionné, surclassement en suite. Le premier soir nous étions les seuls clients nous avons eu le droit a un concert live privé au café et un diner en tete a tete au restaurant juste pour nous. La vue sur les montagnes est extraordinaire, c'est calme (ce qui est rare en inde) et tout le personnel est aux petits soins

Un peu excentré mais ça permet de faire de belles ballades dans les forêts du Darjeeling

A very good stay near the Nature.
Pros:

The place is kept neat and clean. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was clean. The linens and towels were clean crisp and fresh. Food was good and tasty. Mr. Subham Tamang who was at the Reception was very warm and welcoming.

Cons:

The breakfast area and the balcony all taken together they should have more tables. The Hotel had nine rooms so i think the breakfast area too should have nine tables. Also, the mattress and the pillow in Room no 5 where we stayed was very hard and uncomfortable. The doormats near the bathroom area was old.

A right place in the lap of mother nature with heavenly music and good people around.
Pros:

We visited the place at the end of January. The open garden view was fabulous. It is a less crowded place . The evening free live music at Tea house was icing on the top.
Sabnam, Sonam, Deep amazed us with local , bengali , english and bollywood numbers. All are brilliant singers and band members. We got a hassle free drive for the local site seeing and our journey to the next destination was pleasant. Thank you Vaishnavi in F&B for taking good care of us at the dining place. We want to come here again soon.

Amazing Resort, truly peaceful and quiet amidst nature with courteuos & competent staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and quantity was sufficient for us. Bacon and ham was really fresh and perfectly cooked as in most places they serve hard and overcooked bacon. We truly appreciate the Chef and the entire kitchen staff for their capability and warmth. moreover we are overwhelmed by the hospitality and excellent service of the Dining Room staff headed by a very competent Lady. I can't remember her name.

Cons:

We liked the property so much that we couldn't remember any disadvantages .
