Esperienza disgustosa.
Nella prima camera (101, primo piano vicino alla reception) abbiamo trovato blatte vive in camera, in bagno e addirittura nelle lenzuola. Una situazione inaccettabile e gravissima dal punto di vista igienico.
Abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza, ma la seconda camera (301, terzo piano) presentava lo stesso identico problema, con blatte anche lì. È evidente che si tratti di un problema diffuso in tutta la struttura.
Ci siamo rifiutati di dormire, abbiamo lasciato l’hotel e cambiato immediatamente struttura.
Inoltre, il prezzo indicato su Booking non è stato rispettato: al momento del pagamento il responsabile ha richiesto una cifra più alta rispetto a quella prenotata.
Blatte nelle lenzuola, mancanza totale di igiene e scarsa trasparenza sui prezzi.
Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata.

Phone was not working.
It would have been nice if the hotel can provide coffee early in the morning.

Despite being a service apartment, there is no mini-fridge, which can be inconvenient for guests. Basic tea or coffee-making facilities with an electric kettle are also missing, which is expected at this price point. Additionally, the absence of essential toiletries and disposable slippers affects the overall comfort. With a few improvements, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
Room + car parking. Toilets, hot water and shower was great.
They could add a small refrigerator and some coffee tea etc as refreshments
Rooms are big.
Bed sheets towels seems old. Room is spacious but need maintenance. I got up at 6.30am due noise from outside.
While booking it showing price for 2 adults but when we complete the booking it shows 1 adult. They claimed that I booked for 1 adult, as I could show them how it is in booking.com they didn't charge me extra.
