Maravillosa vista
Pros:

La vista es maravillosa y la comunicación con Caterina, muy bien; tuvimos algunos temas en la habitación, pero hicieron todo lo necesario para solucionarlo.
El desayuno podría mejorar, considerando que vamos muchos extranjeros.

Cons:

Fue incómodo mover las maletas por las escalas y el tipo de pavimento que hay desde el estacionamiento, así como también acercarse a la zona de la recepción y desayuno… si llegas después de las 21, no hay personal en recepción y es un poco oscuro para identificar las habitaciones…

La vue sur la caldera qui est juste incroyable.

Cons:

Une réception joignable uniquement par what's happ, et une personne présente sur certains horaires qui ne prend aucune décision et qui renvoie la balle à la personne joignable par what's happ!
Un accueil minimaliste ne donnant aucune information sur les horaires du petit dej, la piscine.
Quelques transats sans matelas autout de la piscine.

Idéal si on veut une vue, du calme et un super service.

L’emplacement est incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur la caldeira.
Le personnel est adorable, serviable et disponible.
Tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
La piscine est un peu excentrée mais ce n’était pas gênant. L’hôtel est dans une sorte d’impasse donc c’est calme et isolé et parfait pour se baigner en toute tranquillité.
Il y a la possibilité de se garer sans problème.
On a beaucoup aimé Akrotiri (secteur de l’hôtel) qui est beaucoup plus typique et moins fréquenté que les villages très très touristiques de l’île. C’était vraiment un bon point pour se reposer et retrouver du calme.
C’est un vrai hôtel front de mer avec une impression d’être hors du temps lorsque l’on prend le temps en terrasse d’observer l’horizon. L’Hôtel n’est pas très loin du phare d’Akrotiri (même s’il est conseillé d’y aller en voiture) qui est un point sublime pour le coucher de soleil.
Non vraiment nous avons adoré notre séjour là bas. Merci à l’hôtel et des équipes très professionnelles.

We had a wonderful stay and we really enjoy every moment.
The view was amazing, and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. The staff made us feel at home, and we really appreciate it.
If we ever come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al Blu Rooms Santorini è stata molto deludente. La camera era priva di bidet, un dettaglio che per noi ha inciso sul comfort del soggiorno.

Durante la permanenza i letti sono stati rifatti solo una volta e la biancheria non è mai stata cambiata, un servizio di pulizia decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative.

Anche la colazione è risultata molto scarsa, con poca scelta e qualità non all’altezza.

Il mio consiglio è di non lasciarvi attirare dalle belle foto presenti su Booking: dal vivo la struttura e i servizi offerti non rispecchiano le aspettative che le immagini fanno immaginare. Personalmente non tornerei e non la consiglierei.

Alla hall ti accoglie una ragazza molto gentile, disponibile e che parla un ottimo inglese.
Pros:

La vista era spettacolare! La colazione era varia (sia dolce che salata) e tutto fresco e di buona qualità. La piscina piccola ma incastonata nel verde e tra le rocce, nel pieno rispetto del paesaggio circostante.
La struttura inoltre è molto vicina (pochi chilometri) alla Red beach, una delle più belle spiagge di Santorini.

Cons:

Avrei gradito molto una porta di vetro che mi permettesse di avere una splendida visuale sulla caldera anche con la porta della mia stanza chiusa.

Blu Rooms experience
Pros:

I loved the quiet quaint location away from the business of Fira and Oia. Close to local village for supplies and dinner options that were very affordable so great for the budget.

Cons:

I didnt like the lack of breakfast options served as part of the packsge. I think bacon woukd be a great addition. Otherwise not too bad :)

Wonderful stay, but best to have your own transport hired

The room was spacious with a nice Seaview. The receptionist Catarina was super helpful, she helped with a lot of small things.

Cons:

The swimming pool is a 200 meter walk, which is not mentioned in their profile. Safe and private walk although.
