Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and pool is clean. We enjoyed staying there and I recommend everyone to book Madison hotel if you have multiple days to stay in Rhodes. It is also close to Faliraki beach and main street where you can see a lot of restaurants, clubs, small shops, etc.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the main streets of Faliraki. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the ladies even brought the drinks we had purchased to our balcony, as our ground floor room was close to the bar, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a cooked breakfast. The pool was fantastic, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, making it easy to relax at any time of day. The room was modern, spacious and kept clean.
One of our friends had to leave a day early due to another holiday and to ensure she was safe getting to the airport, one of the staff members offered to take her rather than being alone in a taxi which again shows how kind staff members are here.
