Cons:

With reviews, I booked prepaid 2-day accommodation, but the room comes with an old A.C. (Keeping 18 also not cooled), an old TV, and an old cot. But somehow the room is spacious. On arrival and observed the room:
-- No water bottle
-- no tissues
-- an old towel for cleaning
-- only small soap and shower gel. No other utilities like a toothbrush set, a comb, etc
-- Wifi interruptions during the office calls

I just stayed for 1.5 hrs and decided to vacate, check out.

I asked the receptionist to check out immediately and to provide a minimum amount after addressing the above concerns, but he just said to check with Booking.com.

I checked out, left out, and tried to cancel through booking.com. The site again contacted the property for confirmation. Yet the property didn't understand the customer's good note and declined it. It's very bad and not valuable for customers to be treated.

Even after checkout, they didn't cancel; instead, they charged the money and sent an invoice irrespective of the actual process. He should do check-in and check-out on the same day.

I strongly recommend avoiding staying at this property.
-- Don't opt and do any pre-payments. If there is an option to pay at the property. Please check the rooms and then confirm on your stay.

overally my experience was good and exceptional
Cons:

I recently had a wonderful stay at Fabhotel shreyas inn and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed , providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive , making sure all my needs were meet
the hotels location was ideal, with easy access to dining options. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast

Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at fabhotel shreyas inn the hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and spacious rooms making my staff comfortable and relaxing the staff were welcoming and always ready to assist which made me feel right at home

Pros:

Hotel is easily accessible location wise and Breakfast also good.

Cons:

Maintenance was sooooooooooooooooooooo bad.
Toilet Flush not working
Geyser is not working
When I turn on the AC it sounds like an old Royal Enfield bike even the Fan also.
Room is not clean enough. Lot of hair is flying the room everywhere.

AÇ is not working, lifts are too slow, no cleanliness, geyser is not working, TV cable is not proper and loosing connection again and again, no proper service, bed sheet and bedspread are too dirty, washroom lites are too dim, completely disappointed with the stay and the money paid is totally not worth so requesting to check and return some percentage of the paid money.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

Nothing really, apart from it being close to offices.

Cons:

- Old unmaintained building
- Hygiene standards very poor
- Staff does not regularly clean even though they are asked to.
- Fixtures in the bathroom dont work, regulators dont too
