Warm and friendly stuff ! rooms comfortable and very clean !

I can confidently say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional service that made me feel right at home. Additionally, the location of Hypons Hotel is perfect for exploring the area Koramangala. It’s conveniently situated near major attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.
Overall, my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic location with even greater price per day. I can’t wait to return!

Pros:

Hotel location is convenient for every aspect, staff are polite and very helpful. Rooms and facilities are neatly maintained.

Cons:

Sound proofing of windows is not that great, outside traffic noises might disturb night sleep

RUDE STAFF BEHAVIOUR.

SO THE MANAGER CALLS, TELLING US TO CHECK OUT IN 10 MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF HIS CALL.
SENSING ON MY REQUEST THAT I NEED BOOKING FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF DAYS, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICING ON BOOKING. COM WAS WAY LESS FOR BOOKING AND I NEED TO BOOK DIRECTLY FROM THEM ON ESCALATED COST OR WE NEED CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY IN 10 MINS. THE CONDUCT & TONE OF THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND UNCARING, THAT THIS FACTOR ALONE MAKES IT A BIG NO FOR ANY TRAVELLER TO AVOID SUCH FACILITY FOR STAY

P.S: OUT OF MORE THAN A DECADE OF MY BOOKINGS ON BOOKING.COM, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER, THAT SUCH STAFF AND BEHAVIOUR WAS ENCOUNTERED BY ME.

HOPE THEY LEARN BASIC MANNERS & COURTESY, SO MUCH SO, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, ANYWAYS.
