I have been overcharged for the tariffs without any refund. I paid one lakh in cash on arrival and the food bill was around rupees twenty two thousand which I paid while checking out. The bill given to me reflects that the balance amount has not been credited in my account. Moreover We occupied only four rooms but have been charged for five rooms, I failed to understand the reasons.

Too cold & Cockroaches
Pros:

Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out.
