Pros:

It was great! The view over the caldera is astonishing. Hotel service was exceptional! With the help of hotel staff I managed to make a magical proposal to my future wife. It's the best hotel we've been to in Greece!

The villa is truly exceptional. The views and amenities precisely match the photographic representations. The service provided was outstanding; all inquiries were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Raya, in particular, extended a warm and gracious welcome.

Cons:

Breakfast could've been better. We got confused with the forms (they really should change this), and there wasn't much variety.

We had an amazing stay and were very happy with our experience! The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the views are absolutely breathtaking — definitely one of the best views on the island.

The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of delicious options. And if you stay here, we highly recommend trying the massage — it was wonderful!

We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

UNE PEPITE ! cadre idyllique, accueil et service exceptionnel. Un séjour inoubliable !

TOUT ! L'emplacement exceptionnel, l'accueil et le service exceptionnel ++ (rarement eu cette expérience), le calme, l'extrême gentillesse de tout le staff, l'incroyable propreté, la proximité à pieds des villages. Une parenthèse hors du temps sur une ile incroyable et dans un établissement à taille humaine juste dingue pour ceux qui recherche le calme, la nature, les petites attentions tous les jours et encore une fois cette gentillesse omniprésente du personnel qui fait tout pour vous rendre votre séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur !!!!

Cons:

Rien, mais vraiment rien ! Et pourtant nous sommes exigeants sur tous les points cités précédemment. On a beau chercher la fausse note, rien de rien.

שירות מדהים, מקום קסום. אוכל מצויין בארוחת בוקר. תודעת שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש , חדר מצוחצח, כל יום מנקים באופן יסודי, החלפת מצעים, שירות מדהים בחדר אוכל. הכול נענה בשניות. היינו בהרבה מלונות בעולם. ממש נהנו מהשירות. כל הכבוד

דבר קטן שטעון שיפור זה הוילונות שלא מכסים באופן מושלם בבוקר. מעבר לזה אין חסרונות.
