The service, the friendliness of the staff and how they over exceeded expectations, the views, the property everything was incredible and 5 star all the way. Every need was met. I would recommend and can't wait for any opportunity to go back, even though it's very far from us in Los Angeles!
There was NOTHING I didn't like.
Price went down 35% the day after we made our payment. It was the end of season, 2 weeks before Santorini shut down. Pricing was not fair.

All the glowing reviews about this hotel were absolutely spot on. Everything was fabulous: the hotel itself, the wonderful staff, and the incredible breakfast with a view. We loved the more secluded location. It felt like we had Santorini all to ourselves! We’ll absolutely be back!

Our experience at this 5-star hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed — the receptionist explained everything clearly, and the little courtesies (including a welcome drink) set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and an unbeatable location. The heated pool was such a treat, and every corner of the property is beautifully maintained. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety, while dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive — flavorful and refined.
Above all, the staff made our stay exceptional. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making us feel at home. You can really tell they care about creating a memorable experience for every guest.
We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and can’t wait to come back!

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf die Caldera und die Inseln im Westen. Dadurch eigentlich jeden Abend ein toller Sonnenuntergang. Zimmer geräumig und mit kleinem Balkon - zT mit Sonnenschirm. Sehr freundliches und stets hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksbuffet und frische zubereitete Eierspeisen.
