Lovely property with a good view towards the sunset and excellent service
Pros:

Quiet environment ,privacy,we had a room with a hot tub facing the caldera and sunset. Breakfast was great and service staff excellent

This is the place to stay!

Stay here! Fabulous. Staff was more than attentive. Breakfast was excellent , dinner marvelous, every staff member was kind, welcoming and made our stay easy and exceptional. 10 stars doesn’t even come close —- 20 stars in our book!! Little treats throughout the day made us smile!

O café da manhã, gerenciado pela Mihaela, é impecável, nos mínimos detalhes. Welcome drink logo, que chegamos.
A recepção e explicação detalhada do hotel, da ilha, dos locais para visitar, foram investidos quase 30min pela Deb (outro nome, mas ela disse que este é o que mais friendly). Todos os colaboradores são muito bem treinados e capacitados. Ao repousarmos na piscina, nos traziam água, shots de drinks, snacks, tudo como cortesia ... todos os dias a camareira deixava uma lembrancinha local sob a cama - um chaveiro, um ímã de geladeira, etc. O rapaz que nos auxiliou com as malas, todos muito cordiais, nota 1000 para o pessoal de treinamento e capacitação deste time! Voltaríamos com certeza, sem sombra de dúvidas.
NÃO PRECISA BUSCAR O MELHOR LOCAL NA ILHA DE SANTORINI. A MELHOR VISTA ESTÁ NO PRÓPRIO HOTEL. O MELHOR SUNSET !!!

A five star experience with incredible amentities, staff and views. Over exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The service, the friendliness of the staff and how they over exceeded expectations, the views, the property everything was incredible and 5 star all the way. Every need was met. I would recommend and can't wait for any opportunity to go back, even though it's very far from us in Los Angeles!

All around exceptional hotel
Pros:

All the glowing reviews about this hotel were absolutely spot on. Everything was fabulous: the hotel itself, the wonderful staff, and the incredible breakfast with a view. We loved the more secluded location. It felt like we had Santorini all to ourselves! We’ll absolutely be back!
