Great location, quality and style!
Pros:

We loved that the hotel was located a short walk away from the main Oia viewpoints. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast so fresh and delicious!

La vista .la ubicación

Cons:

No es un lugar para personas con vértigo, ni problemas motrices.
Antes de check out fueron a controlar la habitación , sin nuestra presencia . Sin aviso .. Cuando nosotros estábamos en el bar del hotel.
Nos olvidamos 2 camperas en el baúl del taxi que nos trasladó desde aeropuerto a Esperas , contratado por el hotel, ( de hecho le pagamos al hotel ) y nunca aparecieron ..

Cave stay at it’s best
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, always ready to help. The location was perfect- it was a little away from the crowds but close to all the attractions. Breakfast was amazing. The pool amenities were well serviced. The apartment was spacious and authentically styled.

Cons:

Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs. It was not an issue, however, it is something to keep in mind.

A major disappointment

Nothing except the view!

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Serious Safety Issues: My sister burned her foot during our stay, and when we urgently needed assistance, the reception was completely closed. After 11 p.m there was absolutely no staff anywhere in the hotel no reception, no emergency contact, no support. In case of a real emergency, we would have had no way to get help. This is a severe safety concern.
The property had countless steep, narrow stairs that were difficult and dangerous to walk on, also while she burned her leg was so scary her to go all stairs in dark! Simply going to the room or the pool took at least 20 minutes each way. With my sister injured, moving around became nearly impossible, and no assistance was offered.Poor Cleanliness & Hygiene as well The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the private pool was dirty, and there were bugs and lizards. The property did not feel sanitary or well-maintained.Uncomfortable Rooms The room was very small and uncomfortable. The third bed provided was extremely small and unsuitable for proper sleep and we booked room for 3 person we barely unpacked suitcases It was not what we expected or what was advertised when booking. Poor Service Lack of Availability While technically there was “room service,” it was barely functional. Staff were unresponsive, unavailable, and unfriendly. We felt completely alone in the hotel, as if there was no one to turn to.
Low-Quality Food: Breakfast was unacceptable the only option was an omelette that tasted bad, and the staff serving it were rude. This is not the quality promised or expected. Also they were joking on us It was a Disappointment
Overall, the hotel did not feel like a proper hotel at all. Between the lack of staff, poor service, unsafe conditions, unclean environment, and extremely uncomfortable facilities, our stay was stressful and unpleasant.

最高の夕日を見られます。サンセットビューの部屋をとりましたが、エスペラスで宿泊している人なら皆使える共用のプールがあるスペースから、夕日が沈む海と白壁を照らすオレンジの光が反射するところを見ることができます。
適度に日陰も作ってくれており、爽やかな風を浴びながら外で過ごす時間は最高です。

【設備】
部屋についているプールも十分な広さで、共用のプールも深く(163cmの身長では床に足が着きませんでした)広々としています。
布団は薄いですが、非常に大きく2人でならんで寝ても問題ありません。
シャワーの水量や温度も問題がなく、シャンプー等を置いておくスペース(小さい洞窟みたいになっていてかわいい)もあるので使いやすいです。
アメニティも充実しており、髪や肌の質が合えば手ぶらで行っても困ることはありません。

【食事】
無料朝食は非常に豪華で美味しいです。頼めるものリストが書かれたA4の紙を受付で渡され、それにチェックする形式です。飲み物、卵料理、デザート、パンどれも美味しかったです！

【サービス】
笑顔が嬉しい！にこやかにおもてなししてくれます。説明も丁寧で分かりやすいです。1日1本の無料の水もくれ、ウェルカムドリンクもあります。　困ったらレセプションに電話すれば何でも教えてくれました！

Cons:

【立地】
狙ってのことなのでホテルは悪くありません。ただ、非常に階段が多い場所にあり足腰に負担が掛かることを事前に知っておく必要があります。

【設備】
部屋についていたバスタブに湯を貯めると、排水する時に水漏れして床が濡れてしまいます。
バスタブ型ではありますがあまり湯を貯めない方が良いかもしれません。

布団が薄く、8月でエアコンを消していても寒く感じます。

トイレやシャワーに扉が着いていない部屋があり、間仕切りだけの部屋があるのでプライベート空間がしっかりしてほしい場合には辛いところがあります。
トイレはトイレットペーパーを流せない仕様です。

Posizione molto bella, soprattutto per il tramonto ed è fuori dal caos

La camera era molto molto umida, al punto che il passaporto si è arricciato dopo solo una notte trascorsa.
