Cadre exceptionnel et prestations de qualité, mais l’insonorisation des chambres côté route est décevante pour un hôtel

Le cadre de cet hôtel à taille humaine est magnifique avec une vue splendide.
Le coucher de soleil y est absolument magique.
Le restaurant est très bon et le petit déjeuner excellent.
La navette gratuite entre Fira et l’hôtel est également très appréciable.

Cons:

Nous étions dans la chambre 201, qui donne sur la route très passante et donc particulièrement bruyante.
Nous avons très mal dormi durant notre séjour d’une seule nuit, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement 5 étoiles.
L’insonorisation de la chambre est clairement à revoir, d’autant plus qu’aucune boule Quies n’était mise à disposition.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities, absolutely stunning views of the sunset over the sea, modern, clean, and the staff were exceptional. The shuttle bus to Fira was a nice touch! I liked the room too, large and airy. The breakfast buffet was great, loved the selection too. A very pleasant stay!

Pros:

El desayuno de 10, lo único es que está a unos 2 kilómetros de Fira más o menos, pero lo compensand llevando a los clientes varias veces al día, lo único es que Oía si queda lejos y hay que hacerlo por taxi o caminando que…. Son unas 3 a4 horas

Really enjoyable stay at the hotel. Fantastic views and outstanding service and food.

Beautiful laid out hotel. Spotless. Staff in restaurant are attentive and friendly and food was outstanding.

Cons:

The cleaners took €20 that was left under coffee cup in our room. It may have been mistaken as a tip but it was wasn’t. If we were to tip anyone we would give it directly to a staff member. Did not want to kick up a fuss but concerning nonetheless. Otherwise, everything was perfect,

Спасибо хаузкипинг чисто это одно но ваше сердечко на кровати нам очень понравилось.Еще очень понравился запах в комнате .Не знаю чем Вы моете но очень приятно пахло.
Водитель .Милый мужчина так приятно было услышать свой язык.Всегда вовремя без опозданий.
Бармен спасибо за утреннее кофе сделанное с душой.
Кухня. серце отэля Вы молодцы Все вкусно,а паста с креветками это бомба.Советую всем попробовать..
