Everything! The location is close to Thira and the hotel has a free shuttle. The staff is very kind and friendly. The suite was perfect, clean and the bed is just perfect.

Dear Guest Relations Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. As this was our honeymoon, we had hoped for an exceptional experience, but unfortunately several aspects of our stay fell well below our expectations.
Before our departure, we explained that we were on our honeymoon and that our return flight was not until approximately 11:00 pm. We asked whether it would be possible to use a room for just 4–5 hours before leaving for the airport so that we could freshen up and rest before our journey.
We were informed that a room was available, but that we would need to pay an additional charge to use it. While we were disappointed, we accepted your decision. However, on the day of our departure, we witnessed another family in what appeared to be the same situation being provided with a room free of charge. This inconsistency left us feeling that we had been treated unfairly, and it reflected poorly on the level of customer service we received.
What made this even more disappointing was that, despite informing your staff that we were celebrating our honeymoon, there was no acknowledgement of the occasion whatsoever. We were not expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple congratulations or an expression of regret that you were unable to accommodate our request would have been appreciated. Instead, there was no recognition of our special occasion at all.
I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding the private pool that formed part of our accommodation. Throughout our stay, it was consistently littered with debris and insects, making it unpleasant and, at times, unusable. As the pool is not treated with chlorine, we had genuine concerns about the hygiene of the water and did not feel comfortable using it in that condition.
Although we reported the issue and members of staff attended to clean the pool on several occasions, the problem repeatedly returned.

L'hotel è carino, ben tenuto ma sicuramente non curato come un 5 stelle dovrebbe essere. Lavoro nel mondo hospitality di lusso e mancano proprio le attenzioni e la cura basilari per definire una struttura di alto livello. La vista e le piscine sono l'unica cosa veramente all'altezza.
Le camere - o almeno la nostra - sono talmente umide che i vestiti si bagnano e il pavimento impiega tutto il giorno per asciugarsi dopo il ripasso dell'housekeeping. Inoltre sono molto basilari, non c'è alcun dettaglio al loro interno. La colazione solo al buffet e con prodotti mediamente di massa, i camerieri della colazione che neanche passano dai tavoli a prendere le ordinazioni delle bevande ma devi essere tu ad alzarti. Insomma, un buon 4 stelle ma niente di piu.
