Beautiful family run rooms
Pros:

This is a fabulous family owned and run guest house. Amazing attention to detail and the photos of the room and pool area do not do the property justice.

Easy pickup was provided from the port, and a wonderful welcome from the family and two dogs with lemonade and cheese pastries while we waited for our room to be ready (note we arrived 3 hours before the checkin time).

Stunning views, amazing breakfast and truly one of the loveliest places we have stayed. If we are back on the island we will return. So peaceful and relaxing.

If this is your first time to Sifnos - which it was for us - note that the island is incredibly hilly with steps everywhere. The guesthouse is only a short walk (6/7 mins) outside of Kamares main bars and restaurants but is up many steps and an incredibly steep road. It’s quite an aerobic workout to the property.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker ontbijt, fijne kamer met een leuk balkon! Fijn zwembad!

Cons:

5 minuten flink omhoog lopen van het strand naar het hotel.

Cons:

Le mari de Stella: rarement vu un hôtelier aussi désagréable : ne dis pas bonjour, fais des commentaires déplacés, semble râler contre les hôtes non stop et fait le petit chef notamment quant à l’utilisation de la piscine. Nous n’avions jamais vu ça. Seul bémol du séjour

J’ai beaucoup appréciée l’accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes qui nous on fournit de précieux conseils pour notre séjour
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et fait maison, vous ne pouvez pas rêver mieux
Le cadre de l'hĂ´tel Ă©tait Ă©galement parfait : chambre spacieuse et tres propre, piscine magnifique vue mer, emplacement tres proche du centre
De plus un transfert est compris pour l'arrivée et le départ de l'hébergement
Je recommande vivement Margado !

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement, proche de tout, était idéal. La chambre était très spacieuse et disposait d’une grande terrasse. Mais ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c’est l’accueil du personnel, toujours disponible, à l’écoute et très serviable. Une mention spéciale à la responsable, qui parlait français, ce qui nous a été d’une grande aide tout au long de notre séjour.

Sincere hospitality at an unbeatable price.
Pros:

The family running the place was incredibly nice and accommodating.

Cons:

For the price this place was a steal. Also stayed at Nival which my boast amenities but Margado was sincere and accommodating at less than 1/2 the price of Nival.

Perfecto!
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, cuidado al detalle, te sientes como en casa. Es precioso, la familia que lo regenta amabilísima, nos recogieron en el puerto y nos llevaron el día de nuestro ferry. Las camas comodisimas, la habitación amplia y renovada, con unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía. Tiene una piscina preciosa, El desayuno exquisito y tan abundante como necesites. Ojalá habernos quedado aquí más noches!
