Pros:

I had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. One small suggestion that might enhance the experience even further: it would be wonderful if breakfast could begin at 7:00 AM. This would allow guests with early plans or activities to start their day more smoothly.

Las instalaciones estaban fenomenal.

Cons:

Los horarios de recepción son bastante estrictos y limitados y hay que adaptarse para el check in. A nuestra llegada no pudo recibirnos y no tuvimos explicaciones básicas del hotel (parking, lugar del desayuno…).
Además, avisamos de que uno de los desayunos debía ser sin gluten y al llegar no había opciones.

Great stay & friendly staff
Pros:

Stayed here with my partner in September, we had the Aqua Suite. We really enjoyed our stay. Klaudia and Anila were really friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the temperature of the hot tub but they were really quick to get it sorted.
Lovely and private compared to other hotels you see in Fira & Oia where people are walking right past your balcony/hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, we had the omelette and sweet pancakes pretty much every day for 6 days and never got sick of it. Also comes with greek yogurt, fruit salad and pastries. Beautiful views from the pool, not the traditional caldera view but still beautiful. One thing I will say is try to have your transport sorted in advance as soon as you arrive at the airport / ferry port. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk outside the centre of Imerovigli and not the most walkable roads. I'd recommend getting the bus to Fira and then haggling with a few of the different quad bike companies. Quad bike is a great way to see the island : )

Cons:

You will need a car / quad bike / scooter to get around but that didn't really bother us.
