Det var inte bra.
Pros:

Hotellets läge var däremot bra.

Cons:

Maten var väldigt dålig och drinkarna kändes utspädda – det kändes som att man bara drack vatten. Vi betalade 5 500 kr per natt, men det var absolut inte värt priset med tanke på kvaliteten på maten och drinkarna.

Dessutom var vissa i personalen otrevliga. Det mest märkliga var hanteringen av handdukarna. Jag har rest många gånger i mitt liv, men det här är första gången jag varit med om att personalen på morgonen frågar om man redan har lämnat tillbaka handdukarna innan man får hämta nya. Hur skulle jag kunna ha lämnat tillbaka dem när jag precis kommit på morgonen? Det var en väldigt konstig fråga och den ställdes dessutom med en dålig attityd.

Aktiviteterna var också väldigt få och motsvarade inte alls det höga priset vi betalade.

Decent stay for the price (All inclusive)
Pros:

Liked the food spread. The options were immense.
The staff was very friendly.
Liked the pool setup and sun beds. Liked the access to the beach.
Rooms are a decent size
They have water coolers everywhere.

Cons:

1. The quality of food and the taste could have been better. The chicken curry in dinners in all three nights was rubbery. One could definitely not eat it.

2. Since we stayed for 3 nights with AI, we did not have access to book the a la carte restaurant for Wednesday which was not told to us when we checked in. We checked in on Monday and requested for the retaurant which was accepted. Then on Tuesday we were told we weren't eligible.

3. When we checked in, we were told we might be able to get an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary. A day later, we were refused any upgrade.

4. We requested for early breakfast 2 nights in advance as we had a boat trip booked, when we went down for breakfast at 7, there was not much to eat for us except salads.

5. We had requested for takeaway lunch (which is an option they offer), we had specified that we only eat veggies or chicken and NO HAM/TURKEY/BEEF, we still got ham sandwiches for lunch. We refused to take them and had to wait much longer to get veg sandwiches. This was an inconvenience and waste of time for us. It was a simple request/instruction that wasn't passed to the chef/restaurant from the reception.

6. The quality of alcohol (everything liqeur), was quite bad and should be improved. The Aperol they used was not even 'aperol' for example.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold og kan varmt anbefale resortet.

Det var vores første ferie på Kreta og første gang, vi prøvede all inclusive, og oplevelsen levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Resortet er smukt, meget velholdt og har skønne faciliteter. Vi boede i et VIP-værelse med privat pool, som var helt fantastisk. Drinks og frisk frugt serveret ved den private pool var en luksus, vi hurtigt vænnede os til.

Det, der gjorde størst indtryk, var personalet. Alle var utroligt venlige, imødekommende og servicemindede. De gjorde en oprigtig indsats for, at alle gæster følte sig velkomne.

Vi rejste med vores lille barnebarn, som var lidt genert de første dage. Personalet tog sig så godt af ham med smil, high fives og masser af tålmodighed. De gav ikke op, og efter få dage løb han dem i møde med et stort smil, hver gang han så dem. Det var virkelig hjertevarmt at opleve.

Maden var varieret og velsmagende, rengøringen var upåklagelig, og hele resortet fremstod rent og indbydende.

Vi plejer normalt at leje et hus, når vi rejser, da vi godt kan lide friheden ved at udforske området i bil. Men hvis vi vælger all inclusive igen, vil dette resort helt sikkert være blandt vores første valg.

Tak for en ferie, vi vil huske længe

Lacks 5 star service
Pros:

The pool area and the food were ok.

Cons:

Not a 5 star resort. Some basics were lacking like towel to use near pool. None were available in the afternoon. No idea of what decaf coffee is. We asked for some recommendations at the desk and were completely blocked off by a staff member, being told I’m not a local I can’t help.
The elevator to our room was out of order for 2 days.
