Cons:

Had TV in the room but not working.
Had AC in the room but not provided access
Had geyser in the room but of no use until they turn it on from the reception
Food prices were very high compared to the kind of facilities they have

Pros:

The short walk to the railway station.

Cons:

Noise. Noise. Noise.... There were numerous incidents of noise from guests running around the floors, to drills and electric saws in rooms, to loud televisions in rooms.

Poor selection of food in restaurant

Bathroom was dated & needed cleaned.

Bedding poor quality.

Not worth what they charge.
Pros:

Food was fine, bedrooms comfortable. Near the station.

Cons:

Noise from customers arriving &; leaving during the night especially kids running & shouting in the corridor.

Noise from drills & saws from work being down on rooms from 10.00 am till 8pm.

Bathroom are awful, broken tiles, no hot water in shower, had to bucket wash with hot water from geyster.

Some staff had an attitude.

Have the items on the menu weren't available due to no stock.

Good but lot of scope of improvement.
Pros:

Location awareness and fast check in services provided to us.

Cons:

They were least bothered about complimentary breakfast to be served us which was included in room charges. We check out at 8:30 AM till the time no offerings of breakfast.

Totally waste of money do not book this property very disappointing stay

I like nothing over there it’s totally waste of money.

Cons:

I like nothing over there it’s totally waste of my money and time bed sheet was very dirty no gyser in washroom no drinking water is present at room. Staff was also rude. If you are booking please visit first and look at you room then pay. Please book another lodge nearby railway station there are many options available near it but I recommend not to book this
