Can find nicer place with this budget
Pros:

The price was decent.

Cons:

* Roaches everywhere
* Bedaheets covering 80% of the bed
* Toilet was leaking yellow liquid, creating funky smell in the whole room
* Big black mold patch right above the bed
* Room was not cleaned properly with dust and small scraps

Convenient & simple hotel.
Pros:

Good place to stay in, location wise.

Cons:

The showerheads could be stronger. The toilet bowl is a little bit faulty at times.

the price is good, if the hotel is maintained properly then it might be good.

Cons:

Did not notice that the hotel has only two reviews, and assumed that it is 8.5.
I got really dirty room 202 the water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom, dirty bedsheets that do not match to the bed, are smaller. Old dirty mattress. Internet is unstable 1MB speed with captive portal, that always logs you out, impossible to work.
I often stay in 10€ hotels, but this one's rating should be 6.2 rather than 8
