Money sucker with out giving proper hospitality.
Pros:

It's location... Steam water for bath..
There was a lovely husky at the reception.

Cons:

Staff behavior. Though it was a 3 star rated hotel but it doesn't deserve to be. There was no laundering system. The staff asked me to take iron and do it yourself laughingly which was very disappointing😞😞. There was a good gym but no much equipments.
On this point of veiw it doesn't deserve to charge 2549 charge including GST.

Need to improve on cleanliness and all the other things are good

Staffs are very good polite and helpful

Cons:

Room was dusty and mat was with dust. Kettle provided to make coffee was full of dust. Menu card placed in the room with dust
