Great location with views of iconic Fira
Pros:

quite a convenient place to walk to the most beautiful promenade in Fira. The hotel is small, cozy. Free water dispenser, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies. Small pool, sunbeds nearby, enough for sunbathing, if for a more pleasant stay - maybe a little too simple. The room is quite spacious, we were 2, the room is designed for 3 people. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Cons:

The location itself is convenient, but you have to walk through quite mountainous areas, and there are not enough cafes or shops around to buy anything.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, transfer per e dall'aeroporto a soli 25£ in totale. Stanza grande, c'era ampio spazio per aprire le valigie. Cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, pulivano e rifacevano il letto senza mance o costi aggiuntivi. Comodissimo al centro di Fira. L'ultimo giorno avevamo l'aereo tardi, ci hanno tenuto le valigie e abbiamo potuto comunque fare il bagno in piscina. Nella hall c'è anche una macchinetta per caffè e tè con dei biscottini, a disposizione dei clienti. Consigliatissimo!!

Cons:

Aggiungerei uno stendino sul balcone per poter fare asciugare i costumi e i teli bagnati.

Very good location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay!
Pros:

- Comfortable bed and pillows.
- Nice balcony.
- Mini fridge in the room.
- Friendly and professional staff.
- Very good location.
- Swimming pool.
- Fresh water, tea, coffee, and cookies are available at the reception, which was a nice touch.
- Make sure to book the hotel's shuttle service if you need transportation to or from the airport, as it's cheaper than taking a taxi (we used the service from the hotel to the ferry terminal, and it was very comfortable, punctual, and professional).

Cons:

The shower is very small. If you want to take a shower after dinner, make sure you skip dessert... otherwise, you might not fit in the tiny square designated for the shower! Hehe. :)

Pros:

La posizione perché a 10/12 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fira ma comoda sia per il parcheggio di un eventuale scooter/quad ed essendo al centro dell’isola comoda per raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse.
Pulizia quotidiana della stanza, ogni giorno sono venuti a sistemare e pulire tutta la stanza compreso il cambio di asciugamani.
La struttura mette a disposizione la macchinetta del caffè (ed altre bevande), il distributore dell’acqua, senza costi aggiuntivi; anche il trasferimento dall’aeroporto a costi contenuti rispetto alla media.

Pros:

Una habitación muy comoda con su nevera que hace mucha falta si vas en verano,aire acondicionado ,una terraza muy disfrutable con mesita ,sillas y sombrilla,y un colchón maravilloso dormimos de lujo uno de los mejores colchones en que he dormido.
La amabilidad de los anfitriones genial ,y tener a disposición café y agua es de mucho agradecer .
Todo súper limpio ,y una piscina pequeña pero muy agradable.

Reception helped with a ride and gave us bowls for our breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

It was a 15 min walk to Fira but super close to things like 3 bells. We didn't mind walking. It is 2 buses to get to Port as on different line.
The bathroom is pretty small especially for tall people

Comunque soddisfatta della vacanza con una buona scelta rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ha deluso le aspettative

Bagno da rivedere. Tenda doccia molto scomoda
Più che una piscina (piccola e in mezzo al nulla) penso poco usata dagli ospiti, farei una zona colazione. La colazione è mancata. Ovviamente pagando quel qualcosina in più ma la possibilità di svegliarsi e fare colazione in struttura .
