Wohlfühlen in ruhiger Lage mit schönen Ausblick
Pros:

Kleines Hotel mit schönen altmodisch eingerichtete Zimmern. Etwas weiter weg von der Mallroad aber zu fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar und in ruhiger Lage. Zimmer war groß und hatte eine Heizung und beheizbare Matratzen, was im Winter sicherlich nice to have ist. Wasserkocher und eine Flasche Wasser. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten wenn ich mal wieder in Darjeeling bin, definitiv empfehlenswert!!

Cons:

Kein lift, zimmer etwas hellhörig aber noch nicht störend, Gäste sollen nicht all so spät kommen (23 Uhr wenn möglich spätestens hies es), es wird auf Nachtruhe wert gelegt (was wiederum je nachdem auch positiv ist), in gewisser maßen mit dem Auto schwierig zu erreichen aufgrund von Einbahnstraßen.

A good place to be when you visit Darjeeling
Pros:

The hotel was really beautiful and clean.
The room was pretty big.
And the staff was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The walls are very thin you can everything from the room next door and from the road outside even from the third floor.
The hard of the shower wasn’t good and the water stream really low.

Charmigt boende med det lilla extra!
Pros:

Mysigt boende i kolonial stil. Lyxigt med sängvärmare, mjuk säng och Netflix.
God mat och väldigt service minded personal.
Trevlig terrass med utsikt.

I wanna stay longer !!!
Pros:

Was here a week earlier and return to this place after trekking. Near to places of interest and within walking distances, with view of mountain range at the porch :) Place has a quaint and yet a bit of modern feel to it. Lift to rooms. Good functional rooms, with electric blanket, portable radiator ! Had a chance to take good breakfast and dinner here :) Great & helpful counter staff!

Pros:

I stayed in here for 3 nights with my wife and 14 months old kid. I enjoyed the stay to the fullest.
Booked the mountain view room and it had all the essential amenities like heater,electric bed mattress,cozy room,sofa, hair dryer, etc
The staff was very helpful and polite in nature.
Got Khichdi cooked for my little one and served when needed.
Around 1.5 kM walk to mall road and location is ok if you don't want to stay in a too crowded street.
I would surely stay here when I visit again.

Had a great stay.
Pros:

Loved the location. Everything was within proximity, especially Mall Road and the Peace Pagoda. The food was genuinely great, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, a charming hotel with confort.
Good food at the hotel. Thank you for hosting us.

Cons:

Shower is either boiling or freezing cold. The system is not working properly.
Temperature in the rooms was pretty cold 2nd week of April. I can't imagine how December to February must feel like!

Pros:

The Hotel Villa Everest is like a million place.
We liked everything: a building, location (walking distance from Mall Rd), view from our room (we occupied the 1st Fl.), friendly and helpful staff, laundry service, tasty breakfast. Especially the electric heating bed. Thanks for this experience.
We'll definitely be back.

Pros:

We had a very spacious room and the heating blankets were fantastic. Also the space heater made the stay cozy. The town is a short walk away.

Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable with nice decor and had tea making facilities, a heater and an electric blanket - needed as the nights are quite cold! The toiletries, towels and flip flops provided were also nice and the bed was very comfortable. An 8 minute walk into town, the hotel was well located. Attached cafe/restaurant also very nice with good food and decor!

It was a good pleasant stay for a night!
Pros:

The location is good, not bad at all. Very near to mall road. The hotel is well maintained and it has great views on a clear sunny day plus they provide room heaters!!! Parking space is limited but shouldnt be a big problem

Cons:

The hotel is awfully quiet and they can add some lights etc to brighten it up.

Best stay we have had in Darjeeling till date
Pros:

Absolutely incredible stay. Excellent property with a great view, amazing staff, good food options and very convenient location. We absolutely loved our room. A short walk away from the town centre so everything we wanted to do was in walking distance range. On a clear day you get a good view of Kanchenjunga from the little outdoor seating area, and there is nothing better than drinking a cup of tea in the sunshine enjoying the view.

Gemütliches kleines Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes, extrem freundliches Personal. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich, toll waren die auch schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnten Heizdecken in den Betten. Wir hatten zusätzlich auch einen Heizlüfter im Zimmer. Großes Bad mit großer Duschkabine, Warmwasser über Boiler, so dass man nicht, wie in manch anderen, höherpreisigen Hotels, auf irgendwelche absurden Zeiten, in denen heißes Wasser angeboten wird, angewiesen ist. Es wird ein externer Wäscheservice angeboten, Wäsche kam top zurück. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im kleinen Restaurant, beides a la carte. Lage war gut für uns, nachts auch kaum Verkehr. Haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.
