the location was perfect.. in the city and since i was riding it was easy to get to most places around

They are fraudulent, I booked my hotel through booking.com, but when I reach hotel location they refused to provide me room, they said we have allotted to another customer, I showed at reception all proofs of payment and booking but he didn't accepted,

Not well maintained
Booking .com confirmed that breakfast included and this was not honoured by Fab hotel Spirp grand
The manager was very friendly, and specifically one staff 'Subroto' (hopefully I didn't misspell it 😅)who became like my brother, helped with everything.
The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff ensuring that all my preferences were taken into account. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel like a valued guest right from the beginning. Child friendly hotel. Great hospitality. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was evident, providing a sense of reassurance during these times.
If you are considering budget stay in a decent hotel ,this property can be considered.
