Good Hotel but falling into bad shape..
Pros:

The room was spacious, central location and the food were very good.

Cons:

Room service was appalling, they couldn't get me a bottle opener, the fridge was non-functional or very old, the room had water leakage so had to change rooms, the next room had a broken circuit breaker so had to shift rooms again in the middle of the night.

Excellent accommodation. Good value for money.
Pros:

The services were excellent. Very satisfied with the stay. Room service was very good and prompt. The staff at the main counter were very friendly and answered all our queries. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a complimentary newspaper early in the morning.
