Pros:

The location is great and very central..walking distance to MG road, Brigade road, Church Street. The rooms are quite spacious.

Cons:

The facilities are absolutely horrible. The toilet is very old and dirty. The shower is old school and doesn't even have a shower curtain. The towels are old with stains. The cot is old and makes a squeaking noise when you move or turn around. the bed and pillows are old and dirty. for such a fantastic location I hope the management invests into upgrading the facilities.

Pros:

Very big and comfortable room, clean and with a/c and ventilators. They accommodated our very late check-in and staff was overall polite and friendly. The facilities cover all basic needs.

Cons:

The bed was small, there was quite some noise from the street (we did not manage to close the window) and we had no towels in the room - we had to ask for them specifically. The pictures look better; in reality the place is older and basic.

Cozy stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and cozy stay. We stayed 5 nights there and very convenient for all locations that we want to go. Specially the staff was very helpful and friendly

Great location but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Great location, in main area. Right next to garuda mall

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Saw a cockroach in room, and one in the dining area, that too near were bowls were kept. Also there was a worm/larvae like organism in cold milk.
