Pros:

Room was not clean upon checkin . No WiFi… the ac was noisy like sleeping in an engine room … bring down ur prices to match hotel facilities

Cons:

No breakfast facility for a hotel with such ambience .. trued to make coffee in room. With attach pic of kettle … no room service , toilets unclean

Cons:

The bed sheet was old and torn in places. The mattress was hard. They had used chemical pesticides on the day we had arrived. There was no option to open the window to expel the smell either.
