The place was clean and the rooms were spacious . The location is very good which sorted most of my problems within the hotel.

Cons:

I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. TV was not working and the staff never fixed. WiFi: Received a message to sign in but the WiFi never connected. The phone was available but there's no directory as to which number should I dial to get these things fixed. There was no direction of use. I had to go to the reception downstairs and every time I had to call from my personal phone to call the reception which is busy most of the time as most of the guests were trying the same.There was a menu card for in room dining which stated to scan a QR code, which was not there in the room and I never could order food as the connection to hotel reception was an issue .

2. Olive (Bangalore) - There was no food/ restaurant- not even breakfast. Water problem (1st day water did not come), they provided 2 buckets of water when I asked while I checked-in. WIFI non functional on day 2.
