من اجمل المنتجعات اللي نزلت فيها وكنت اتمنى الرحوع اليها لولا عدم الخصوصيه بالنسبة لي

الاهتمام الكبير وحس المسؤليه عن جميع طلباتي او احتياجاتي سواء كانت في حدود السكن او خارج اسوار الفندق
يعني معايا 24 ساعه في جميع احتياجاتي وبالذات موظفة الاستقبال sarah كانت احترافيه بالتعامل ومهتمه جدا بكل التفاصيل التي تخصني او تخص عائلتي
انا سعيد لوحوها في هذا المكان لانها لطيفه جدا

وكذلك من غرفة النوم تحديدا

لم يعجبني اطلاقا عدم الخصوصيه بسب وجود كاميرات بجانب المسبح الخاص وذالك لان الغرفه والمرافق. ضمن جبل كبير ويتحتم عليهم وضع كاميرات للامان وهو خارج عن ارادتهم
لكن لمحبين الخصوصيه التامه لا توجد ابدن
الشي الثاني لديهم درج طويل جدا للو صول للغرفه
فلا تصلح لمن لديهم اصابات او كبار السن

Localização excelente , bem no inicio de OIA, amenites boas . A piscina tem uma linda vista alem de bem confortável . Tem a questão de muitos degraus ate chegar na rua principal mas a vista compensa.,

O esquema de cafe da manha e muito ruim , você escolhe a hora no dia anterior , eles deixam a bandeja com tudo na mesa da varanda. Os empregados que servem sao mal humorados !O que acontece e que apos você comer as frutas o cafe e os ovos ja estao frios , alem disso um dia encontramos um gato comendo nosso presunto em cima da mesa . Ao final da estadia nos cobraram mais 110 euros por um dano de queimadura de cigarro numa das almofadas da varanda. Achei desproporcional e alem disso não reparamos em momento nenhum que havíamos feito esse dano . Portanto, se lhe cobrarem danos nas almofadas da varanda externa já saibam que e golpe!!

Pyszne śniadania serwowane na tarasie z przepięknym widokiem. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, która dbała o to, aby nasz pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Gdy potrzebowaliśmy taksówki czy rezerwacji w restauracji, zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na ich pomoc.

Hotel ma również piękny basen, przy którym zawsze bez problemu znajdowaliśmy wolne leżaki. W hotelowej restauracji serwowane jest pyszne jedzenie, a do tego można podziwiać naprawdę nieziemski widok.

Chyba nigdy nie byliśmy tak zadowoleni z hotelu jak z tego. Wszystko było na 10/10 – od obsługi, przez jedzenie, aż po atmosferę i widoki. Zdecydowanie będziemy chcieli tu wrócić!

Vue époustouflante
Pros:

La vue époustouflante sur la mer du haut de la caldeira. Belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner devant la chambre. Le calme. Le personnel sympathique. La proximité avec les commerces et restaurants.
Chambre climatisée et matelas très confortable.

Cons:

La junior suite pour 3 personnes : le 3ème lit est une partie du sofa donc petit espace et matelas dur et pas très confortable et ventilateur bruyant dans cette pièce.

the view was perfect. the staff was so friendly upon arrival and were so respectful and accommodating. The breakfast food was delicious. The rooms were quiet and private.
