La flexibilité du personnel fait énormément plaisir.
Nous sommes arrives trop tôt à notre logement et ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner.
Ils nous ont aussi offert une bouteille de vin pétillant car nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces.
Le lieu a une vue exceptionnelle et la chambre était très confortable.
Je recommande !
C'est un lieu magique avec une vue extraordinaire sur la plage de Mylopotas. Un service de très grande qualité. Nous reviendrons.
Pas grand chose
The view! The location on the hillside is amazing. Rooms are very clean, generally quiet, and offer a safe, coffee machine and bathroom amenities. Very fluffy towels! We had a balcony, which we enjoyed immensely. Bed had a romantic canopy. Side couch with chair and traditional Greek architecture and decors made this location even more special. Family run—very hard working and looks after even the smallest details. Easy to relax here! We would return! Highly recommend.
Mosquitoes! We realized that we are in a rural location and mosquitoes are very possible, but we were not informed that the container on the desk held important options for mosquito deterrence. Because of this, we spent the whole night swatting away attempts and creating a tent to sleep under, and still ended up with multiple bites in the morning. Only after checking-out were we notified that what was inside this container (we thought it was a decoration and never opened it) or even how to use it because we haven’t ever seen these things before (some disks to place on the table, and one plug in). The usual person who orients new arrivals was unavailable when we checked in and our person (who normally doesn’t take guests to the room) didn’t know to specifically show us this container. We believe the staff is more cognizant of this need now and will insure future guests are properly oriented.
Our room, although gorgeous, was not appropriate for people with mobility issues. The trail to/from the beach is not well maintained and a bit challenging, especially if returning after dark.

Wonderful stay with breathtaking views
The hotel is located on a hillside and offers a stunning view over Milopotas Beach. For us, the location was absolutely perfect – the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. However, we hardly used it because both our private pool and the main pool had such incredible views that we preferred spending our time there.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. From the warm welcome at reception to the excellent room service, everything was perfect. What makes this hotel even more special is that it is family-run. The owner personally takes care of the guests and goes above and beyond to fulfill every wish, making you feel truly welcome and valued.
We felt at home from the moment we arrived and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ios. We will definitely be coming back!

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Sehr nettes Personal, super Pool, mega Aussicht, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Workout inklusive, da man einen schönen steilen Weg vom Strand hochlaufen muss ;), richtig gute Snacks und Cocktails
Im Zimmer ist über der Tür ein Schild (vielleicht als Zeichen für den Notausgang?), auf dem zwei kleine grüne Lampen seeehr hell leuchten, auch nachts - leider sehr störend.
Perfekt gelegen mit Blick auf die Bucht. Ende Mai wunderbar ruhig. Die blonde Dame aus Albanien hat unser Zimmer so sauber gereinigt und der nette Herr aus Ägypten an der Bar war immer aufmerksam und effizient, so ein Personal würde man sich in 5 Sterne Hotels oft wünschen. Ein Highlight war für uns der private Pool, mit Liegen und der Möglichkeit sich mittags etwas von der Poolbar bringen zu lassen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce complexe... Belle vue de notre chambre avec un ensoleillement toute la journée avec une très jolie piscine. Pas loin des restaurants et plage !
Ce que j ai moins apprécié c est qu il n y a personne pour porter nos valises jusqu'à la chambre... En plus avec beaucoup d escaliers se serais pas mal d y pensé... Même chose pour repartir... Autrement nickel allez y vous ne serez pas déçus.
Posizione eccezionale, con vista sulla spiaggia di Mylopotas. In spiaggia ci si va a piedi. Essendo in alto il rientro è sicuramente impegnativo ma fattibile. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
1- Il breakfast è “ok”. E’ dove, con pochi accorgimenti, potrebbe ottenere molto di più. Elevare la qualità di alcuni prodotti, usare contenitori per il caldo ermetici (non tutti lo sono) e “non sanno vendere” quello che di buono hanno, come alcuni dolci fatti in casa che rispetto ai soliti mini croissant, mini pan su chocolat e altri prodotti surgelati non hanno paragone. Sapere cosa si mangia (un cartellino) aiuterebbe sopratutto per chi ha intollerenze. Non ho visto un vegan corner o almeno non è segnalato. Il succo di arancia “è finto” non chiedo una spremuta fresca ma una qualità migliore. Sulla macchina che fa cappuccini … che dire..??.
2- due lettini ed un ombrellone in più bordo piscina farebbero comodo (e ci starebbero)

A beautiful boutique resort with amazing sea views, stunning swimming pool, incredible breakfast and wonderful staff. Loved the smart tv and air conditioning, spacious bathroom and cute balcony. They even provide pegs for hanging out the washing/wet bathers there. Nice to have the body cream on tap after a day in the sun too. It was a short walk downhill to the beach and if you can’t handle the steep climb back up the hill there’s a bus that stops right out the front of the hotel.

The location of the accommodation, the room amenities, the excellent breakfast, the exceptionally friendly staff, the view, and the pool area were all outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating — simply top-notch.
We had absolutely no complaints.
L'emplacement, l'ensemble piscine, terrasses, bar, la taille de la chambre, le confort du matelas, la déco en général.
La vétusté de la chambre, manque de lumière surtout dans la salle de bain, le fond de la penderie décollée et rafistolée avec de la colle mais qui ne colle pas, le frigo sans thermostat qui a gelé les boissons, les draps du lit beaucoup trop petits.
In a beautiful location, very clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all friends and family. The beach is a short walk, lots of lovely local restaurants to eat at either by the beach or in the local town.
