Besonderes Gebäude mit einer Ausstellung, sehr zentral gelegen. Für die Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel konnten Sie ja nichts.

Cons:

Warum man 100 € hinterlegen muss ist mir immer noch schleierhaft. Ich habe das Geld zur Abreise nach Vorlage der Quittung erstattet bekommen, ist aber schon komisch. Würde deshalb nicht mehr hingehen.

Zentrales Hotel mit ganz viel Charakter.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und die Bauhaus-Architektur des Gebäudes. Das Haus atmet Geschichte.

Cons:

Der Zuschnitt unseres Zimmers war nicht so schön, recht schmal, aber dafür lang.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war ausgezeichnet.
Die Terrassenaussicht wie immer sehr eindrucksvoll.
Die Lage ist natürlich optimal.

Cons:

Das Fenster, das zur Strasse ging, schließt leider nicht sehr gut, sodass man teilweise den Eindruck hatte, das Fenster wäre einen Spalt geöffnet. Trotz 6. Stock hörte man den Strassenlärm, auch angesichts einer Baustelle vor dem Hotel doch ziemlich deutlich. Angesichts der architektonisch geschützten Fensterkonstruktion und des Alters dieser ist das ja auch verständlich. Vielleicht gäbe es aber doch eine Möglichkeit speziell diese strassenseitigen Fenster besser zu isolieren?

Lokalita bola výborná, žiaľ, ulica bola v danom čase v rekonštrukcii, a teda ráno bolo hlučné. Raňajky boli výborné.

Nočný hluk z ulice a ranný hluk z rekonštrukčných prác na ulici

Superbra vistelse i Brno!
Pros:

Bra läge i sta’n. Rummet i Bauhaus-stil gjorde en glad. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Frukosten suverän. Man bjöd på ett glas Prosecco!!!

Har inget att anmärka på boendet!

Modern historic building but has limitations
Pros:

the location is ideal for staying in Brno, place clean and breakfast very good

Cons:

rooms have no privacy if you are sharing, okay for me as I was in a twin room for single use. The toilet has a curtain to sheild you but the shower is basically all glass with some decals on it, no privacy at all.
The elevator broke down about halfway thorugh or 5 day stay , no alternative but the stairs, I was on the 6th floor and my travel comapnion on the 7th.Still not repaired when we left and had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Had this happened at the start of my stay i would have moved elsewhere.
There was also work going on in the street (pedestrianised area) right outside the building, though it was a bit awkward getting to and from the hotel and for a few days getting into the hotel there was no noise that affected my stay
