War alles bestens.

I don't know where to start from.....if there were negative rating this would be the right time.
The hotel had nothing to do with the rate they gave it.
Starting with a dusty, dark interior that has nothing to do with the photos. I booked a room with private bathroom and the bathroom was outside the room. My mistake, I admit that I didn't see the details of the booking. I could NEVER imagine that in 2026 there is a 4* hotel in EUROPE that has external bathroom. When we asked a room with bathroom inside, they gave us two options with additional charges. We chose the one with the non-visible WC from the room (yes, the second option was to be seen from the room to the WC).
We paid extra and reached a dark, moldy, smelly room on the 8th floor. The aircondition was "blocked" at 22C, but we were actually boiling. How is it possible to work at 22 degrees and not be cool. The verdilator in the WC was not functional and if somebody was using the toilet we had to leave the room!!!
So having a lack of amenities, like conditioner, lotion or all these staff that 4* provide was too much of a luxury to ask.
The elevator was broken few hours after our arrival and was fixed only the next day. Someone would say...these things happen....hmmm...usually hotels have proper maintenance contracts and technicians do come on spot. Our was broken noon one day and got repaired at 11.00 next day, almost 24-houts later. So we were climbing 8 floors. Of course no offer to help with luggage and carriers were provided to guests.
To top this up, this was of the most unfriendly and impolite personnel I have met, hardly speaking any English in the reception.

Hosté, co měli pokoje do ulice, tak ti od 6.00 od rana poslouchali rachot z probihajici rekonstrukce primo naproti hotelu. Doporucuji si vyzadat pokoj do dvora

Raňajky boli pestré, možno by sa mohli trošku obmieňať. V čase môjho pobytu nefungovala kaviareň, čo ma trochu mrzelo, lebo dať si kávu na terase by bola bomba. Okolie hotela bolo rozkopané, čo bolo trochu nepríjemné, ale chápem, že za to hotel nemôže.

Personál neprofesionální. Snídaně slabá. Kvalita vybavení pokojů z doby minulé. Cena neodpovídá kvalitě.

Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten war sehr klein. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut ins Schloss. Unsere Nachbarn gingen die halbe Nacht ein und aus. Der fensterlose Frühstücksraum ist ungemütlich.

No termino de entender los 200 euros que se piden como garantía ni la devolución posterior. Nosotras no consumimos nada en absoluto, ni causamos ningún desperfecto. Sólo veo un reembolso posterior de 166 euros. Necesito una aclaración o no será una plataforma fiable para futuras reservas. Un saludo
