Pros:

Very attentive to meeting all the needs of the guests and excellent service. Liliana the Administrator was sensational as were all the staff members. Very grateful.

Al llegar en la habitación había un
Olor fuerte desagradable como a alcanfor. Demasiado ruido tanto en la noche al llegar personas como con una construcción contigua en la cual taladraban desde las 6 am. la terraza que se vende como atractivo eran las 8 pm un jueves y no estaba en servicio, el colchón no era cómodo y se le podían sentir los resortes. La piscina que ofrecen es una piscina muy pequeña, para niños con una profundidad de 50cm. El desayuno muy básico, el café de muy mala calidad que sabía a café quemado y no tenían otra opción como chocolate.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel location was near to the main attractions, it is not a posh area but was convenient, save us time. The hotel facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable and have great breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

La ubicación, era lo único rescatable del hotel.

Cons:

El personal en general del hotel no tiene los mínimos estándares para prestar un adecuado servicio al cliente. Al momento de realizar el check-in por medio de Booking, la persona encargada de la recepción no tenía información de nuestra reserva, a pesar de mostrarle nuestra confirmación por la aplicación; así mismo tampoco tuvo voluntad alguna para buscar en el sistema o lograr gestionar algo , su única solución fue que nos comunicaramos con la aplicación de manera muy displicente. En el mismo sentido, nos cobraron un valor por encima del que habíamos reservado. Decidimos quedarnos por la piscina y el bar, ya que estábamos cansados.

Al realizar el ingreso,notamos que las sábanas de las camas no estaban en las mejores condiciones de limpieza. Así mismo, la piscina del hotel solo era de 50 CM de profundidad y el bar (que a pesar de que el hotel promocionaba como en funcionamiento) se encontraba en mantenimiento.

En las horas de la mañana el día siguiente, el personal de limpieza se encargo de hacer sabernos a todos que se encontraba realizando sus labores, azotando las puertas de cada habitación que salía interrumpiendo nuestro descanso.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero su recurso humano hace cuestionar querer regresar ahí.

Pros:

When you make a reservation and get charged for it, you would assume you get to your destination and everything is fine. Not here, turns out they don't to business with expedia, if so, why are they still listed? Anyway, I got charged on site again. I immediately reached out to expedia. They were cool and refunded me in two days. It was just annoying having to pay again, imagine if I didn't had funds.

The hotel is good, the employees are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and it's a good location for walking around cali.
