Overall if you are alone and specially male and ignoring hygiene part then consider the room.
Pros:

Scary hospital turned hotel!
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

It's a hospital which got renovated into a hotel.
Gives you proper creepy vibes with blood stains all around the walls, hospital cots and ICU at the end of the corridor. Not to forget the broken windows inside washrooms with pigeons, they're all just big wards converted into rooms.

Cons:

They allow us to vacate the room at four pm but they ask us to vacate at 12pm. We both senior citizens and requested to be there for two more hours as our train time is at 4pm . Good

Cons:

The hotel is charging an extra amount during check-in. On my Booking.com app, the total price including tax was ₹849, but at the counter, they told me to pay ₹1000 or they wouldn't give me the room. They said ₹1000 is the daily rate. they didn't give me chair, any place for luggage storage in my room.
