Caro para lo que puedes encontrar en la zona. No te sientes en un hotel, sino en un apartamento con servicios mínimos.
Pros:

Ubicación, vistas y personal muy bien.

Cons:

El problema es el triple rango de habitación que se oferta: pagas un extra por un supuesto upgrade que en realidad no existe. Las habitaciones son prácticamente idénticas y, las que se supone suben el nivel, tienen el handicap de perder la intimidad por completo (la terraza “privada” de la habitación está unida a la terraza grande del hotel. También se oferta un laundry service en el hotel que luego no se presta; te mandan a la lavandería de la ciudad para que lo gestiones tú mismo.

Pros:

Tuvimos un problema con otro hotel y reservamos este alojamiento a última hora. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue súper atento y amable, y nos hicieron sentir muy bien recibidas. Además, teníamos el desayuno incluido, pero como teníamos que irnos muy temprano hacia el aeropuerto, no podíamos disfrutarlo dentro del horario habitual. Una trabajadora tuvo el detalle de venir expresamente a prepararnos algo de desayuno, fue un gesto que valoramos muchísimo. Sin duda, destacamos la amabilidad, la atención y la disposición del personal. Después del problema que habíamos tenido con el otro hotel, encontrar un sitio así fue todo un acierto. ¡Muchas gracias por el trato!

Easy and convenient location, with friendly and approachable staff. Would recommend and would stay here again.
Pros:

The property was situated in a central location which made exploring super easy!

Cons:

The shower was a little grubby in the corners but otherwise, a very authentic room ‘cave’ style bathroom which was a nice touch.

It was a dream and it was a holiday I didn’t k ow I needed until the stayed at the Delion .
Pros:

The people that run it- George and staff. The location, the view, the kindness, the breakfast was simple but very good. Hospitality 10+

Cons:

There was nothing that was a negative.

Wonderful staff!
Pros:

Clean rooms. Wonderful location on the cliff but not too far down so it never became an adventure to walk there in the allies. Amazing staff helping us with everything from restaurants recommendations to helping with the luggage, and support when one of the family member got sick.
We travelled as a family with 2 teenagers. Everyone was happy with the accommodation.

I had a great time at this hotel
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we can confidently say that we will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the view over the caldera, especially at sunset, is simply breathtaking. It is one of those views that you never get tired of.

A special thank you to Silvia and George, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their kindness, hospitality, and friendliness. They are wonderful people who always make you feel welcome and are happy to help with anything you need.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Santorini. We can’t wait to come back!

Was charged to much for what I got
Pros:

The view was very nice

Cons:

The riom was very dated, seemed like a different room from what the pictures showed. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Hair in the toilet paper, and on the toilet. AC unit didn’t work as well. Lamp had discoloration

Cliff Side hotel with good views
Pros:

Caldera side location in the heart of Fira, down a long stairway. Good service from George.

Cons:

Swimming pool out of action due to broken light, and indoors in the basement. Our room - 101 was poorly lit with a small window and no balcony, (most other rooms have a balcony).
