Everything was perfect 🤩
Loved the view which was one of the reasons why we booked this accommodation. Location was great even with all the stairs! Breakfast was pretty good,even better that it was delivered every morning and set up on the balcony for us. Spa was fantastic when management got it working. Manager was really helpful in terms of information about the island and what to do while there, all the attractions to see, how to organise and what is really worthwhile seeing!
Not a lot of room inside the accommodation especially when we had booked a couple massage and we had to be at different ends of our room and jammed in between other furniture/walls. We felt like the “river pool” was a bit misleading and with the photos we were under the assumption that it was an actual pool, but it was more like a toddler pool, water was calf height. And given that we thought that was a pool and the spa not being right on the balcony to take in the whole cliff side view we felt a bit disappointed. Spa was also filled up really high and water would go everywhere every time we got in and therefore would leak into our room.
The location was fabulous and the view over the Caldera each morning and the sunset every evening

Loved everything this hotel. Location and views were fantastic as was the service. Breakfast is great and served on your balcony. Super close to walk everywhere and they will also help you with your baggage as there are a lot of steps to navigate.
Watching the sunset from your balcony was a highlight and seeing the donkeys starting and ending their journey each day was a treat as they are so iconic to the area but it was very sad to see them standing in the heat as it is a cruel practice that is not necessary in this day and age.
Highly recommend and if I am ever in Santorini again, this is my first stop.
Not a negative but watch your head as doors and ceilings very low and deliver a real headache when you hit them !

The room designs was unique and the location ,function and size of the hot tub was perfect , The breakfast was awsome as well , The manager ION was extreemly helpful in booking activities and facilitating our stay . Great Host

I stayed at Nefeles Luxury Suites and was truly satisfied with my experience. The room quality was excellent, clean, well cared for in every detail, and very comfortable. The services offered were also top-notch.
Breakfast was varied, with both savory and sweet options, suitable for all tastes and needs.
A special mention goes to the staff, always friendly and helpful: they provided detailed information about everything we needed, always ready to ensure a pleasant stay.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality and great customer care. I will definitely be back!
Needles is a dream! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. From the porter who immediately gave us a briefing of the island to the receptionist who patiently made sure we get the best tour. Breakfast was a-mazing. And the view…just spectacular. There is a little walk to the hotel but given the practically 180deg view of the island, it was worth every step!

Πολύ χαμηλοτάβανο στον όροφο που ήταν το κρεβάτι και το μπάνιο. Επίσης πολύ χαμηλή πίεση του νερού.
Beautiful sunset views, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. Breakfast brought to your room every morning is such a nice touch. They are very accommodating with booking transfers to/from airport and ferry terminal, and for excursions too. You are greeted street-side upon arrival, shown to the property and are helped with carrying your luggage. This property is very vertical so the help is a welcome gesture- lots of stairs.
Hot tub does not get hot. The step over the threshold into the bathroom of our room was hard to navigate and there are no electrical outlets in bathroom.

Établissement sur-vendu, sur-côté. A part la vue et le petit-déjeuner, rien à voir avec de la « Suite » et encore moins « Deluxe » !!!
Tout à revoir, à faire et à restaurer.
Du sol au plafond, tout est SHIP, vieux, cassé. Vendu avec baignoire, mais elle est inexistante (2 douches dans la même s-d-bains), lit à baldaquin « fait maison » et cassé, canapé-lit de récupération, stores genre IKEA, frigo vide (pas de boisson de Bienvenue), table de salon gondolée dégueulasse, parasol décrépi et troué…
