Super très belle endroit, surtout hors période de vacances.
Pros:

La vue, le personnel, le petit déjeuner et la chambre.

Cons:

On à été déçu du jacuzzi car il n'était pas propre..
- poussière au fond de l'eau
- un aspect gras et marron en surface quand il était en marche
- trop grosse odeur de chlore

Pour moi je penses qu'un tout petit jacuzzi comme ça devrait avoir l'eau changé après chaque nouveau client !

Stayed from 12/29/2025 to 01/02/2026:
Location (in the center of Fira)
Excellent view (we stayed at the Senior Suite, which was two stories)
Very friendly and professional staff (including recommending local restaurants that were still open in January,arranging transportation from and to airport, and carrying our luggages etc)
Checkin process very smooth
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Not big issues or complains:
Water temperature and pressure in shower room could be improved, if possible
Since it is a two stories suite, you may want to consider their one story suites if you have mobility problem.

A beautiful and comfortable all-white setup, thoughtfully designed with everything you need, and more. Breakfast is beautifully arranged in the room, enjoyed against breathtaking views of the caldera, cascading cliffside houses, and the endless blue sea. Truly picture-perfect. To top it off, the service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until our departure, making the entire stay effortlessly memorable.

아침식사는 깔끔했는데 전날 미리 주문을 받고, 직원은 친절했어요. 쟈쿠씨는 따뜻해서 추운날 온천하는 기분으로 아늑하게 즐기고 왔습니다.

Cons:

커피가 맛없었어요, 아침에 좀 더 맛난 커피를 주시면 완벽했을듯 해요

Pros:

The location was wonderful and Panos was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, with a nice selection.

Cons:

The outdoor hot tub was not hot. It was not comfortable for use in November as it was only 35 degrees.
