The most stunning place we’ve ever stayed — Santorini perfection
Pros:

Four nights at Nefeles Luxury Suites was one of the best decisions we made for our entire trip, and honestly one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Situated right in the heart of Fira, it somehow manages to feel like a quiet, private retreat while being just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and energy the town has to offer.

Every suite comes with its own private hot tub and unobstructed caldera views — which means a perfect, intimate sunset every single evening without fighting the crowds. We watched the sun go down from our terrace every night and never got tired of it. That view never gets old.

Breakfast is included and delivered directly to your room each morning — fresh, delicious, and the most civilized way to start a day in Santorini imaginable.

But what truly elevates Nefeles above other luxury properties is Ion. He is genuinely one of the most helpful and caring hotel contacts we’ve ever encountered. Restaurant recommendations, ATV rentals, car rentals, private transfers to and from the hotel, boat excursions — Ion coordinated everything seamlessly and always made sure we were getting the best possible price. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having an exceptional experience, not just a comfortable room.

Sejour magique
Pros:

Emplacement cœur de ville avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Service parfait. Petite piscine depuis la chambre et jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner à la carte servi sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour l'accès avec beaucoup de marches mais normal vu l'emplacement à flanc de falaise. En cas de vent terrasse non protégée donc inutilisable.

Très bon emplacement mais pas un établissement pour des occasions spéciales
Pros:

- Petit déjeuner : très copieux, beaucoup de choix (veggie, salé, sucré)
- Vue de la chambre, sur la Caldeira, magnifique ! Aussi, emplacement calme.
- Propreté, y compris du jacuzzi
- Service du porteur, Vaggelis, très gentil et accueillant.
Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour.

Cons:

- Manque de personnalisation (a dit à deux reprises que nous venions pour notre anniversaire de mariage, pas un mot ou un geste à ce sujet, même si l'accueil était bon). Je ne pense pas y revenir pour un événement mais juste pour des vacances.
- Manque d'équipement (pas de miroir de plein pied, pas de service repassage ou de table à repasser pour arranger ma robe, qui avait de faux plis). On ne peut pas dire que ce soit un vrai 4 étoiles. Cela dit, les équipements généraux (réfrigérateur, meubles, literie) sont de qualité.

Absolutely amazing stay! The view was breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ion, the manager, who was professional, responsive, and always ready to help. He answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations that made our trip in Santorini even more memorable. Highly recommend this place—we would definitely come back!

Absolutely not worth the price
Pros:

The room had a perfect view out over the sea.

Cons:

When I first entered the room I thought it was amazing but actually it was less than comfortable. It had a hot tub in the first floor of the room that was luke warm, which is probably fine in summer but not winter. I was told it was 35 degrees, but my neighbour's also told me there's was only luke warm. The other thing is that it is quite loud at night or in the day when you're trying to relax. That floor has no furniture to sit on; it's a really weird space. Just the tub and a tv that didn't pick up the channels. And the bathroom. The shower head in the bathroom is at waist/chest height. So if you want to stand under the water, you have to hold it above your head yourself. The bed is nice. You can look out at the water but there is no headboard or anything to lean against so you'll have to do this lying down. The stairs have no rail and the bed is low so if you have to go to the bathroom in the night and had had a wine or two, you could find yourself at the bottom of the stairs. The breakfast was nice. You fill out what you would like to eat the day before and choose a time. So it's not very flexible. I went in 20 minutes early and knew I would wait for food but when I asked for a coffee it was like I was being a huge pain in the butt. The host Ion has a very unfriendly vibe. He didn't believe me about the hot tub and told me 'well it might be hot in New Zealand now, but this is Greece'. Um, okay, but I live in the Middle East. I was hoping for a break from the current situation. After a day I moved to a different hotel and swallowed the money I had paid for this place. The new place had the same view and an actual place to sit inside to enjoy it.
