Pros:

Todo perfecto, la atención de las chicas de recepción -Lía, Helena y todas las demás- es espectacular. Son unas genias! El hotel es hermoso, muy cálido y super cómodo y confortable. El desayuno casero es increíble. Muy bien ubicado, a 7/8 minutos caminando del centro…súper recomendable! Muchas gracias Lía, Helena y a todas!!!

Such a lovely hotel - very accommodating staff who made us feel so comfortable and provided everything we needed included baby high chair and bed guard. The family suite was great, just enough provision for us , and the daily room cleaning was very thorough which was highly appreciated. Amazing breakfasts and homemade delicious food. Gorgeous pool and great to have a shallow baby pool. Brilliant location and a short stroll across the back streets to Fira.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have would be to have outdoor seating on the lovely terrace as it seems like a wasted space outside with the sea view. There was a nice place to sit with outdoor sofas but that was by the pool area which was closed from 7pm.
