Czysty basen, czyste pokoje, fajne śniadania. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków przy basenie na ilość gości. Położenie super - trochę na uboczu, ale nadal max 10 minut pieszo (pod górę) do centrum wydarzeń.
Brak reakcji personelu na głośne, nocne imprezy pokojowe niektórych gości. Może pomogłaby informacja o ciszy nocnej np. 23cia do 7mej?
Kuchnia przy basenie (jedyna w obiekcie) czynna do 17tej.
Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice and helpful
Not sure if it was our hotel or hotels surrounding but they had a live singer one night and went on till midnight which was ok but didn’t help when we had to get up early for flight next morning.
Fabulous staff, very attentive! Breakfast was also amazing, different selection each morning. Perfect location, 10 minute walk from centre of Fira.

Everything about our stay at this property was fantastic! We had a wonderful room close to the pool with a hot tub which was always kept lovely and clean. The staff and service were the best we’ve ever experienced - we were offered coffee on arrival and were treated like royalty around the pool. Margarita works especially hard and nothing is too much of an ask of her. She was an absolute delight to be around. Christos went above and beyond for my Mum to celebrate her 60th in style and we really appreciated him. The food & cocktails were great, especially the salads! Both mum and I will be delighted to come back again. If considering where to stay we would highly recommend Fira and this hotel. It is 10 minutes away from the main town with plenty restaurants and bars. Oia was far too busy in comparison but a nice day trip! Thank you to everyone at Callia Suites for the best holiday. We loved this hotel! Our stay was perfect, the room was gorgeous and very confortable. The pool area was lovely, the breakfast offer was great with loads of options and local specialties too. Everyone made us feel welcome and contributed to a brilliant stay, we’ll gladly come back again

Location molto bella, ingresso autonomo alle camere con piccolo spazio antistante adibito con tavolino e sedute, piscina fantastica ed accogliente antistante la stanza, colazione varia, ricca e di qualità, stanza comoda, accoglienza eccezionale e disponibilità estrema da parte del personale.

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών και πολύ καλής ποιότητας προϊόντα. Όλα ήταν φρέσκα και προσεγμένα, καλύπτοντας κάθε γούστο.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, πολύ βολική και κοντά στα βασικά αξιοθέατα και τις παροχές της περιοχής. Μας βοήθησε να μετακινούμαστε εύκολα και να απολαύσουμε στο έπακρο τη διαμονή μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο. Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε την Σαντορίνη και για εμάς ήταν μονόδρομος να ξαναμείνουμε στο callia retreat suites, όπου μας προσφέρθηκε δωρεάν αναβάθμιση δωματίου. Η κ. Μαργαρίτα, ο κ. Χρήστος και ο Μάριος ήταν όλοι τους ευγενέστατοι, φιλικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.
Όλα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχα. Αν έπρεπε να προτείνω κάτι, θα ήταν να διατηρήσετε το ίδιο υψηλό επίπεδο υπηρεσιών που προσφέρετε σήμερα.»
