Pros:

The most amazing stay in Santorini. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Sophia was amazing and set up every transfer, and excursion impeccably. The room itself was gorgeous, and amazingly clean. The staff were attentive and kind. Best way to start off our honeymoon!

We had such a wonderful stay at U & Me Suites in Santorini and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

A special thank you to Duri, who was incredibly communicative and helpful from beginning to end. he provided us with all the information we needed and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Sofia, who went above and beyond to guide us and share so much useful information throughout our stay. Her recommendations and local knowledge really helped make our time in Santorini even more special and unforgettable.

HIGHLIGHT OF OUR 8 WEEK TRIP 🥂
Pros:

The location was amazing. A perfect little street with an amazing view of the sunset. We loved watching the world go by from the jacuzzi. The service was exceptional. I cannot rate them highly enough Duri, Sophia and all the staff especially Mr Illias (a quieter achiever behind the scenes that does all the heavy lifting). From the minute we arrived he was waiting to throw our bags over his shoulder and carry them the short walk to our room. We were greeted by Duri on the first day who was extremely friendly and welcoming. The following day Sophia had secretly assisted my partner with arranging a beautiful birthday surprise. With the assistance of Duri they had a cake, balloons and flowers waiting for me just as we arrived back to the room so it wasn’t sitting out in the heat. Breakfast was amazing every morning-they staff were prompt, always on time. In terms of the room, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked great and very very clean.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

Pros:

Vue incroyable sur la caldeira avec piscine privée, logement spacieux, agréable et moderne. Petit déjeuner très équilibré et varié. Accueil du personnel professionnel et courtois.

Cons:

Étant avec un bébé, la fenêtre en hauteur au niveau de la chambre. Les personnes du dessus n’ayant pas éteins la lumière qui projeté directement sur la fenêtre, nous avons eu de la lumière dans la chambre toute la nuit. Pas cool du tout quand on a un bébé qui a besoin d’être dans le noir pour dormir. Matelas trop ferme, la piscine privée mais avec un lieu de passage des personnes pour rejoindre leurs demeures.

This place is unbelievable amazing, location was perfect close to everything, the view was incredible and so beautiful, the service and the staff were amazing and so nice and helped us with everything.

订了两间房，结果不是同一个地址，两间房两个地址差距七八百米的爬山路，两间房被迫打包售卖，感觉被骗了！反馈投诉给booking客服，客服说让我评分直接狠狠的低分，但是他们控制不了商家的欺骗行为，比携程的售后差多了，请大家订房的时候慎重考虑！酒店卫生也一般，舒适度也一般，位置也一般，关键是宣传的画面跟实际差距很大！酒店客服态度不佳
