It was a perfect stay
Pros:

So picturesque and the people are beautiful.

Cons:

The sound of the aircon in the bedroom downstairs was loud and it was hot and stuffy during the night when it wasn’t on but it didn’t affect our stay we still loved it.

Pros:

Сподобалось все! Це чудове місце, дуже затишне, номери - прості та зручні, локація неймовірна. Шкода, що зупинялись тільки на 1 ніч.

Cons:

Це не критично, та кава на сніданку була недобра.

Hard to find good hotels in the region. This one is probably one of the best, convenient location

Place with great potential but not enough care
Pros:

The location is amazing, especially the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The garden is greatly mantained and there is also a nice playground and a zoo zone. Breakfast is really nice. Rooms are very spacious.

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't working. We were told it was because of children staying in the hotel but didn't really make sense not to be able to use the one in our room. No restaraunt, just snacks. It is kind of noisy most of the time even if the environment looks very relaxing. Cleaning staff was vacuuming during our afternoon nap time. Swimming pool wasn't open and sauna had to be paid additionally (it was written in the instructions but it was a bit misleading to see them in the pictures of the property and not be able to use them). Furniture is a bit old and worn out including shower head which was leaking. Staff doesn't speak English very well.

Prachtige plek in de bergen, vlakbij Kerkini meer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Superbe emplacement, mais services très sommaires
Pros:

L'emplacement est superbe, dominant la vallée, les chambres sont spacieuses, le confort et la sérénité des lieux sont au rendez-vous, le personnel quand il est là est sympathique...

Cons:

L'hôtel est totalement inhabité la nuit et fermé toute la journée ( au mois de mai ! ), la piscine est vide, le restaurant de près de 200 pl. est fermé matin et soir, les petits-déjeuners ne se prennent qu'à partir de 09h00, c'est assez hallucinant pour un logement de cette qualité !!!

Wonderful romantic getaway in the nature
Pros:

We felt very welcome from the first to the last moment. The hotel staff did excellent job, everyone, and especially people at reception - thank you! The rules around using fireplace and sauna are simple and fair - I like clarity. Rooms are beautiful, the location is calm and peaceful. Last but not least, there is a spacious playground. Kids loved it and even made some friends.

Cons:

Breakfast variety could be better. To be specific we'd like more veggies and bacon/egg options.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in allerbester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am Fuße der Berge und erlaubt einen fantastischen Rundumblick. Die Zimmer sind riesig und gemütlich und sind, wichtig zu Ostern, richtig gut geheizt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kerkini See ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die beiden Orte Ano und Kato Poroia.
