The staff asked us to pay a lot more than what was shown in the website
The staff asked us to pay a lot more than what was shown on the website and did not let us check in even when it was booked from the booking.com website
Nothing we liked this is the worst one i had ever ever booked
We Booked online and after a week we got a message from OYO to pay upfront and we will get a discount of Rs.454 and we did that but later prior arrival got a call from SM Regency stating this amount is sufficient and we have to pay more approx.
Rs.900 More.
We had 2 more guest with us of course but for that one room rent was sufficient but but they charge Rs.1600 after lot of bargain and there were no AC Remotes given no Towels and or any kind of Room Service for any Tea or Coffee in the Evening when we checked in and also in the morning after brush, so we checked out at 8.00 Am and took another room which was better for all of us with a reasonable cost and better service.

I don't like the price and OYO deceiving the Booking. Com customer by mentioning Rs: 500 odd price & charging Rs:1300/-per day

Asked to cancel my confirmed booking as the rate what Booking.com has provided was not acceptable by the Hotel. Had to search out for another property by incurring more cost. Very bad staff and least bothered about the customer’s grief.
Bathroom was clean. Room was compact.
The bedsheets weren't washed and were stained ..ac didn't work...no towels were provided
