Very clean room, with comfortable beds and a small fridge. The property is older but well kept. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is nice - 5 min short walk to the center of West End but not in the middle of all the activities.
The property is charming with bungalows in a nice garden.

Having an on-site dive shop is definitely another plus.
I would recommend to independent travelers who wants a quite stay with basic amenities.
The shower could work better (more powerful) and hot water is a bit spotty (takes a long time to come, if at all).
The bed could be more firm. Lighting in the room is kind of dim, not good for reading (or computer work, if that's needed).
The restaurant could have a better menu, (for those who don't want to walk to town for every meal.)
The pool is kind of on the small side - not large enough for swimming.
A lovely place that is locally owned and managed at a reasonable price with breakfast. Super close to shops and restaurants. The AC in our room worked better than other places we've stayed in Roatan.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and interrupted. The dive shop should offer more snorkeling trips. Breakfast should have more flexibility. Menu items not on special took too long to make.
