Pros:

We were charged for ac room and the room was given of non ac and while booking it was selected of ac only and the person reaching there spoke very harsh we can't do anything this and that as it was night we had to stay and when we thought to cancel booking we were charged extra so we kept quiet and had to stay.

Cons:

Nothing was good first day onwards only it was bad when they denied and didn't listen even though we were charged for ac room they gave non ac room it was very uncomfortable for my child and my wife

Good location and fair facility
Pros:

Near Yeshwantpur station. The hotel does not serve breakfast but you can easily find several options nearby. Check in and out time is flexible. Actually, we arrived at the hotel at 2 am. Kind staff helped us carry a heavy suitcase.

Cons:

Hot water didn't come. A lift only avails up to the third floor.

Cons:

The manager is the worst one.. Never ever seen such rude manager. Behaviour was worst.
You have to walk around 1 km just to eat breakfast. Pathetic locality.
Better to stay in Indira nagar or Rajaji area.

Good you book over the counter. Much cheaper

Cons:

Booking.com charge us 2 times more than actual price. If book over the counter the price is much much cheaper. And their price is tally with their facilities.
