Pros:

The ladies at reception gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. It was our first night in a foreign country, but they made us feel right at home, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

La struttura in se è bella. Appena entri ti trovi davanti le palme con una bella piscina e le camere su un lato. Lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile. Colazione buona

Cons:

Venendo definita “luxury” ci sono delle piccole cose che, a mio avviso, necessitano di più attenzione. Ad esempio, i lettini della piscina sono sporchi e gli asciugamani spesso macchiati.
La comunicazione con il personale non è sempre efficace. Ho fatto quattro colazioni e spesso sbagliavano o non capivano cosa chiedevi. Inoltre i tempi di attesa sono abbastanza lunghi (circa 25 min per portare due uova al tegamino con pane tostato e burro d’arachidi), ma si sa, qui è tutto pole pole.

I had a wonderful stay, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank the team for their honesty and kindness. I accidentally left my gold ring behind, and after I returned to my home country, they found it and kept it safe for me. This means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate their honesty and trustworthiness.

Úklid, místo kde bylo blízko k moři. U moře jsme museli být v jiném ubytovacím zařízení. Akceptovali nás tam pouze při degustaci. Bylo tam vše v pořádku a běhen několik dnů velicé přátelské.

Cons:

Snídaně téměř 3 týdny stejná. Personál často nechápajicí a stále zapomínal. Každý den jsem objednával lemon do čaje, hořtici a 2 tousty. Téměř každý den zapomněli donést. Stále urgence, někdy ani nepomohla. Poslední týden jsme si raději kupovali u pekaře pečivo aby jsme se nemuseli prosit o druhý toust. Margarýn tzv. máslo jsme dostali za 3 týdny 4x Jeden den jsem si koupil kulatý chleba a poprosil zda nám mohou nakrájet. Nakrájeli a donesli 4 silné krajíce. Byli jsme překvapeni, že pouze 4 krajíce. Bylo nám řečeno, že máme vše. Bylo nám divné, že chybí okraje chleba. Příště jsme si raději krájeli sami... Často navíc studená snídaně. Absence výběru snídaně pouze ovoce, vajíčka a párek. Toto stále dokola. Žádný sýr, uzenina cokoliv dalšího. Sami jsme si koupily trojúhelníčkové sýry. Pokud jsme nechali nějaké peníze zapomětlivost se výrazně zlepšila.
