Pros:

Nous venons de passer une dizaine de nuits dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons globalement un excellent souvenir. L'endroit est magnifique, la plage superbe, les chambres spacieuses et l'établissement est très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentionné, disponible et aux petits soins.

Un immense merci à Lucie, une Belge francophone, qui a énormément contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Elle mérite vraiment d'être mise à l'honneur, tout comme le reste de l'équipe.

Autre point positif : la restauration est vraiment excellente, avec de bons plats et des tarifs tout à fait raisonnables. Un vrai plus pour l'établissement !

Cons:

Quelques points négatifs néanmoins : la literie est moyenne et les salles de bain sont franchement décevantes. Elles sont certes spacieuses et fonctionnelles, mais leur aspect est horrible et ne correspond absolument pas au charme du reste de l'établissement.

Je regrette également profondément l'attitude des propriétaires, que nous avons croisés quotidiennement sans jamais recevoir un simple bonjour ou un mot de bienvenue. Pas un regard, pas un sourire, comme si les clients n'existaient pas.

Le dernier soir, j'ai également été très mal à l'aise de voir la patronne réprimander un employé alors qu'il se trouvait juste à la table à côté de la mienne. Je trouve ce comportement déplacé. Ce genre de remarque doit se faire en privé, dans le respect de ses employés. J'aurais sincèrement aimé mieux maîtriser l'anglais pour pouvoir exprimer directement tout cela au patron, en face à face.

Autre point qui m'a particulièrement marqué : j'ai appris que Lucie ne bénéficiait que d'un seul jour de congé par semaine. Une seule journée de repos pour une personne aussi investie, qui contribue autant au bien-être des clients, me paraît vraiment peu. Je trouve cela difficilement acceptable et je m'interroge sur les conditions de travail du personnel. Ce sont pourtant ces employés qui donnent une âme à cet établissement et qui font tout pour que les clients passent de bonnes vacances.

J'ai également été surpris de voir le patron du restaurant sortir de la plage avec les pieds pleins de sable et entrer directement dans la piscine sans même se rincer les pieds. Un exemple assez regrettable, notamment par manque de considération pour les employés chargés de l'entretien des piscines.

C'est finalement assez paradoxal : cet hôtel ne reflète absolument pas la personnalité de ses propriétaires, mais plutôt celle de son personnel, qui fait véritablement toute la différence.

Pros:

The most beautiful setting and location. I had the best room available, right on the beach and near the pool. The restaurant and beach bar were amazing but what made my stay so incredible was the staff! The best people on Earth!! Shout out to Neema, Wifi and Zeina! X

I would definitely recommend this hotel, although there are a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is right on the beach, and after walking in both directions for quite a while, I can confidently say that it is located in one of the best areas. The breakfast is very good, and there are several cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby, all overlooking the beach.

The hotel has its own restaurant, and one of the restaurants belonging to the same group allows you to charge your meals to your room and settle the bill at the end of your stay. I found this particularly convenient. Beach and pool towels are provided, as well as a water dispenser where you can refill your bottle whenever you like. Another lovely touch was that the staff offered us local sweets and snacks to try throughout our stay, which was a great way to discover local specialties.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check out a little later to accommodate our flight schedule, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

I believe the rooms are quite outdated and would benefit from modernization. We also had difficulties getting hot water in the shower in the evenings, possibly because many guests were showering around the same time. In addition, we never used the overhead showerhead because it looked so unstable that we were genuinely concerned it might fall.

Considering the price of the hotel, I believe these aspects should be improved, especially given that the property itself has such a fantastic beachfront location.

The hotel also offers kitesurfing lessons. Unfortunately, my partner injured his foot while practicing, as he had not been provided with water shoes. I understand that accidents can happen, and I do not blame the hotel for the accident itself. However, I believe ensuring that guests have the appropriate protective equipment is essential when offering a sport like this.

Despite these points, I would still recommend the hotel. Paje is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the staff made us feel very welcome. With some improvements to the rooms and greater attention to safety equipment, the overall experience could be even better.

Pros:

Das Hotel war super. Der Pool war gross und das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Da uns die Matratze etwas zu hart war konnten wir einen Topper buchen, dann war's super. Trinkwasser kann man sich immer an der Rezeption selber holen, wenn man welches braucht. Freizeitbeschāftigungen wie Tischtennis, Billiard oder Tischfussball ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Bad kōnnte saniert werden. Die Duschbrause hat bei uns nicht funktioniert.
