Close to Pisa tower and restaurants
Pros:

Great location for restaurants and pisa tower. Guiseppe was helpful, friendly and excellent communication skills. Clean and comfy room. Great value also.

Pros:

La chambre était très correcte, avec salle de bain et toilettes inclus (pas le cas pour toutes les chambres). La chambre et les espaces communs étaient propres et le personnel très serviable et agréable! Enfin, l’établissement se situe à vraiment 2 pas de la Tour de Pise!

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Ragazzo alla reception molto cortese.

Cons:

La struttura è datata e una delle ragazze alla reception è stata molto scortese e arrogante. Ci ha fatto storie per un cambio di camera nonostante ci fosse la camera disponibile e fossimo disposti a pagate un sovrapprezzo, commentando e giudicando la nostra scelta. Inoltre ci ha fatto pesare anche di aver chiesto di spostare loro gli zaini tra una camera e l’altra visto che la camera ancora non era disponibile e noi, essendo in vacanza, non volevamo tornare in hotel dopo un paio d’ore.
