Alles war Perfekt
I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall service and hospitality. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the location is perfect, especially for travelers. It is conveniently located very close to the train station, which makes getting around very easy.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Ms. Jehad at the reception for her exceptional service. She was very welcoming, kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and attention to guests really made my stay more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience with a perfect location, good value for money, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qena! 🌟

Lovely place! Room had an amazing view and really clean and comfortable. Very central and excellent value for money, breakfast was nice. A little noise from the streets but that is the same everywhere. Staff really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay!

地理位置优越，靠近火车站，去汽车站也很近，位于商业街，吃饭购物都很方便；房间很大，还有些一个阳台，通风好也不吵，工作人员热情友好，前台女孩Gehad帮我了很多，如果下次还去基纳还会住这一家

The pictures do not make this place justice! It’s very clean, fresh and nice! Staff overall amazing!! We arrived very early (6 am) with a night bus from Cairo but were allowed to check into our room anyway. It’s super central (5 min walk from bus/train). The room had a balcony on the top floor. The staff helped us with some plates and cutlery so we could have a marker-bought brunch in the room (during Ramadan, so not very many restaurants open). We acctually didn’t stay for the night since we were in a hurry to Luxor and everything went so smoothly with our other plans. They sent us off with free water and sodas!
Lots of honking from the street (to be expected in Egypt though!)
