Pros:

In the heart of Darjeeling, central to the town and temples and could go in any direction for travelling into the hot spot areas. There were heated mattresses and hot water to keep up warm in the cold.

I have to give special appreciation to Vishnu, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, even during a midnight check-in, he welcomed me with genuine warmth and patience. He handled the late check-in smoothly, assisted with my luggage, and made sure I felt comfortable from the start.

The next morning, when I casually asked for directions to the nearby temple, Vishnu went above and beyond—he didn’t just explain the route, he personally walked with us all the way from the resort to the temple path right beside the hotel. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference in my stay.

Vishnu is truly a star employee. People like him transform a regular hotel experience into something memorable. Hotels are built on good facilities, but it’s exceptional people like Vishnu who leave a lasting impression. Highly appreciate his service!
