Pros:

It’s was quite spacious and in a good location

Cons:

Staff, we came all the way from dubai to Darjeeling And we have a booking in these hotel, when we reach there fully drenched in water as it was heavy rainfall, with a luggage in our hand, we entered there were two staff one lady and a guy, no one even bothers to atleast open the door, neither they assist us first to settle down for moment they directly asked for the payment to be done, worst customer service ever no body receives the calls for any need

Pros:

value for money, location, good staff,prompt service, Manager Mr.Shadab was very helpful, arranged our pick up and drop from and to the Airport, also guided us on sightseeing.

Great Location, staff and a good overall experience that makes me want to come back again.
Pros:

Great Location, good attentive staff, Manager Pravesh was very helpful, friendly and always ready to make a customer happy. We had a problem with the electric blanket. He took personal interest ro have the issue sorted out. Overall great stay with positive memories to make me want to come back and stay here.

Cons:

Nothing that I did not like really.

Pure Darjeeling ka sabse fraud hotel ,iska malik bhi froud hai iske pass parking hai nahi aur jhooth bol ke booking leta hai advance karne ke liye force kiya jata hai,
Gadi parking karne ke bahane gadi me todh ford kar ke pyasa liya jata hai,
Inn sabb batt ka proff hai mujh se paysa phone pay ke madhyam se liya gaya ,local ka darr dikha ke ,iska malik bolta hai ya to paysa dena hoga ya ye logg meri gadi rakhh lenge ,

Mai highly recommend karta hu kabhi nahi jana iss hotel me ,pura ka pura froud and gundoo ka gang hai.
Mai to bolta hu Darjeeling hi matt jaoo ,kuch na hai pura sahar bus tata sumo aur uska dhuaa milega .

Half a week's stay at Little Tibet Resort, Darjeeling
Pros:

The location was superb. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is very close to Mall road, Gorkha market and Mahakal temple. The staff who attended us were very humble (many thanks to Avinash & Rishab). Thank you Mr.Pravesh for your warm welcome with a short chitchat at the breakfast table every morning. Thank you Mr Shadab for upgrading my stay to super deluxe.

The food was really mouth watering, especially the biryani. We ordered chicken biryani, kosha chicken, cheese balls and chicken chilly dry for our dinner (More than value for money). For a complementary breakfast menu if you can add up a couple of things like "puri bhaji" & "omlette" then that will be great.

In totality, me & my family enjoyed the stay at Little Tibet Resort. I will recommend it strongly to the families who are planning to visit Darjeeling
