Location is good but facilities need LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.
Pros:

Maintenance of facilities needs to be improved. Washbasin tap is leaking without any hose connection. Toilet seats were broken apart. Heater was not working in some rooms. Electrical switches in toilets were loose, with open.

Reconsider staying somewhere else.
Pros:

The room is large. Restaurants and shops close by.

Cons:

Difficult check-in process. Price charged is different to the one on booking. The floor was dirty, insects in the bathroom. After asking to clean the floor it was the same. Mattress was very old and very uncomfortable.

Good accomodation at reasonable price
Pros:

The room was good and spacious for 2 people. I like the facilities of hot water as we didn't have to speak with multiple people to get hot water for the bath.

Cons:

The basic facilities like keeping towels, tissues roll in the bathroom, plates and cutlery were not available. We had to ask for each item separately. These arrangements could have been better.

Decent setup for a couple of days... Staff was good and responsive 👍🏻

Cons:

I requested for an early check in while by booking (ie, by 10am) but we reached by 10:20 but they charged me extra and they don't provide water or kettle inside the room.Fan was too noisy and feels like it will fell on your head
