No good things about this property except the staffs

Cons:

Rooms are not cleaning, AC is not working , bed is not cleaning, cockroach are every where and bathrooms are not cleaning properly… 0 maintenance

Trotz vorheriger Anfrage war der Pool nur 3 von 14 Tagen benutzbar, am Anfang wurde ich nur angelogen morgen....
dann jährliche Wartung, es gab keine Entschuldigung, sie haben zwar ein größeres Zimmer gegeben wobei das 1. durch die Küchenabsaugung auch schlecht war, 1 Tag bevor der Pool benutzbar wurde, durfte ich im Nachbarhotel schwimmen,
warum nicht gleich. auf Nachfrage wurde auch nichts zurückerstattet,
ich ärgere mich, daß ich im jetlag bei Ankunft den vollen Betrag bezahlt habe.
wenn sie etwas "extra" wollen, müssen sie danach fragen, beginnend mit dem Tee zum fast immer gleichen Frühstücksbuffet, bis zum täglichen Wasser, da roomservice auch nur auf Anforderung statt findet

Pros:

Hotel has a good location, there is a restaurant there where you can have lunch and dinner a la carte. Hot water. Enough space. They also helped hire a took-took for girivalam. It is necessary because only local driver can understand the route right. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Room 205 had some water problems. But the stuff solved the problem quickly.

It was sufficient for our stay for the 1 night. :)

Location nice rooms and staff friendly

Cons:

Cleanliness…the bathroom counters, mirrors , benches in rooms, tables tops weren’t wiped down or cleaned. Also the property continually calls and messages months in advance wanting payment upfront even when booking states pay at property. The only messages I ever received from this property are asking for payment.

Decent and quiet stay with good amenities
Pros:

Location, if you like quiet place, away from the temple area. This place is around 4.5 kms from the main temple, it takes Rs. 250 one way by auto. It is close to girivalam route and mountain view is great from the roof top, got a well maintained swimming pool. The executive room is top notch. breakfast buffet is simple, tasty and good. This place also has table tennis on every floor.

Cons:

The stay is not close to temple, it put me off as I had to shelve around Rs.400 to visit temple and return every time. I initially booked a standard room, but my allocated room was not maintained properly, windows were dirty, bathroom full of cobwebs. I complained about the lack of maintenance and staff was kind enough to change it to executive room, the executive room is top class, only negative is washroom, the bath area does not have a shower curtain, water comes out into the dry area.
